Took about 30 minutes to assemble, the instructions could have been better. Very nicely built and very comfortable.

Tough, actually comfortable and wide enough for my fat ass! Definitely an upgrade from what I had, I would recommend getting one for yourself!

There's bars on the side of the chair that are off to the side if the padding making the seat very uncomfortable to sit on. Also the back and head pillows are both like a rock and hard to use. There isn't much room on the seat for bigger people. I actually sent the chair back and went with a Noble hero chair way better.

I also received this chair from a promotion and feel obliged to write a review, though I was not instructed to do so.The chair came well protected in the box with adequate padding. Assembly was pretty standard for a chair and took me around 20 minutes.The build quality seems decent and absolutely better than a typical chair you'd expect from staples. The legs on the base are steel which I appreciate. The foam padding is thick, firm, and supportive. If you want a plush feeling chair this is not it. I really like the two pillows they include which have elastic bands on them that snap together. You can adjust them or use them in different ways than shown in the pictures. I strapped the big one to my right arm rest and my elbow is very thankful. The reclining function is pretty darn nice and works well.I'm not a big fan of how the chair looks overall, as it is pretty stereotypical gamer gear and hardly understated, but the chair is well built and comfortable. Also, I will say the materials do look nice and not cheap. I would definitely recommend this chair if you like the black and red theme they have going.

The full recline option on the chair is awesome and pretty sturdy, I tried to fall off the chair and couldn't get it to give. The stitching and forming of the leather is even and symmetrical while the PU leather feels thicker than vinyl and feels like it would last a while. In fact it's hard to tell the difference between genuine leather and this faux leather. The dense foam padding is everywhere on the chair and gives you confidence it will last and not bottom out like cheap office chairs. The overall aesthetics are point and looks great on a nice gaming setup. Over all the $250-$300 price seems to be fair.
