Tout le monde devrait en avoir une dans sa cuisine :-) Cocotte parfaite
The Cocotte !!!!!!! Je l'adore pour faire les plats hivernaux ! Elle n'accroche pas et tous les plats sont réussis à la perfection.(Grace au cuisinier mais aussi la chaleur très bien réparties). Attention, elle est assez lourde mais elle a toute sa place dans la cuisine.

Perfect for large family meals
Great cocotte for large family meals. Excellent heat retention. The basting spikes really do work and keep the dish moist. I use it mainly for making large batches of biryani that will feed up to 20 people. I absolutely love it.
