Are these twigs suitable for fish tank

No. Only ABS plastic is safe in an aquarium (ABS plastic is dishwasher safe, e.g. Lego). Any other plastic is likely to leech chemicals and dye into the tank that will not be picked up on any tests and will slowly poison your fish. Unless something has been designed specifically for an aquarium, dont risk it.
