I’ve had some lower back pain from arching my back while standing to support our puppy in his front pack, and from sleeping on my stomach after accidentally leaving our adjustable bed higher on the head end. Just a nagging, very low back pain for like 3 weeks. I also have a degrading jaw from tmj which requires no pressure being place on my jaw. How do you do that if you can’t sleep on your back? So the pillow search was on for something soft enough to not put pressure on my jaw but still supportive enough for it to work as a pillow. The closest I could come were poufy foam pillows but they were so high. My head and neck, and jaw would hurt in the morning. Me being an avid stomach sleeper with a jaw issue was a problem. I’m sure this was contributing to the lower back pain as well but the jaw was the priority in the pillow search.I got the ‘soft’ pillow to try. There was very very little smell. I took their pillowcase off to wash and used one of mine, and placed a towel over it the first night. Smelled nothing. But it was so soft and floppy when I pulled it out of the box I thought ‘oh no, $90 bucks for nothing’. I kept the packing plastic bag on the pillow, placed it on the bed with a towel over it, and tried it out. It feels like a marshmallow! So soft! I can’t get over my shock that it can be that soft yet still very supportive and doesn’t just collapse flat. I’ve never even tried a cervical pillow before but was willing to think outside the box for my jaw. The softness was perfect for my jaw. No pressure when laying on my sides. I tried laying on my back and was further shocked that I could feel something going on with my lower back pain. Maybe that was the cervical part - don’t know. I laid on it for like 15-20 min and it felt like I’d gone to the chiropractor. My back pain was almost gone, weird as that sounds.I’ve used it for 2 nights now . Love it. I’m going to buy one or two more for back up pillows. I can sleep on my stomach with it but I then feel my lower back starting to get aggravated again so I switch back over to my side. My lower back feels much much better. My head and jaw don’t hurt in the morning. I slept so much better, which was surprising but makes sense.Very soft, very floppy, yet still very supportive. (Can’t wrap my head around that one.) And no smell. Do not get the soft version if you aren’t expecting very soft. It’s perfect for jaw pain as there’s no pressure. I highly recommend this pillow. Worth every penny!

This is a fantastic pillow. Especially good for side sleepers. This is the third one I've purchased over the past few years. No bad smells, or pieces falling out, but a perfect pillow made from natural Late.

This is my favorite pillow of all time (and I’ve had many!). I love that it is non toxic. There are several choices as far as loft and density, so it was a little difficult to finally get the right combination. They do have videos which I studied for quite awhile, but even so, the only way to know for certain is to order it and try it (with the plastic cover ON and something over that too, to protect the pillow). I didn’t sleep on it, just tried it out briefly…that’s all I needed to decide if it was the right fit or not). I found that the same pillow can have a different fit and feel depending on what kind of mattress is being used, too. I had to exchange a couple and had to pay for return shipment (I think). However, in the end, I found the one that works (high loft, soft) so ordered 2 more. Perhaps some would feel the cost is high, but considering that it is organic latex, and very well made, I feel it is worth it for a good night’s sleep. We recently went on a couple of trips and my husband was dismayed that I was bringing my pillow…but it fit perfectly on top of my suitcase and compacted down so that it actually helped keep everything else in my suitcase in place.

I really loved the feel of the pillow, but a couple weeks into using it I started noticing I had a headache when I woke up in the morning. Over the course of a few more weeks it progressed into having a headache through the night, and then it extended into the day as well.I've been to the chiropractor many times trying to resolve the muscle spasms in my neck and headaches, but after many unsuccessful treatments, the chiropractor said it had to be my pillow, that is the only thing that was new in my life.It never even dawned on me that it could be a pillow that is advertised to relieve neck pain! I have spent a lot of money and suffered a lot during these last couple months before figuring this out. The seller would not consider extending the return window so I could get my money back and find a pillow that doesn't create pain!This is very disappointing and it should be noted that my husband quit using the pillow for the same reason, it started causing him neck pain. Even though we differ greatly in body shape, we both experienced the same issue.CANNOT RECOMMEND!

This pillow is made of environmentally friendly and safe materials (and it comes with certifications that you can look up and confirm). It's made from natural latex and has all the required certifications to stand by their claims. It is so comfortable and supports my neck when I'm sleeping on my side (I'm mostly a side sleeper) and also works great if I sleep on my stomach or back. I looked through the reviews which are mostely stellar and noticed that one person gave it a low review, claiming that it had an odor. I have no idea what that person is talking about because natural latex doesn't give off an odor and the pillow is not chemically treated. Perhaps they encased it in a cheap pillow protector case that was laced with flame retardants or non-wrinkling chemicals? THE PILLOW HAS NO ODOR. If in doubt, rely on the amount of really good reviews instead of one strange complaint that nobody else has. The one or two other low reviews claiming that the pillow is not comfortable don't make sense to me either. Another company must have paid some of those people to write the very few bad reviews because they make absolutely no sense to me! I'm sensitive to chemical smells, so if there was a problem with that, I would have had an immediate issue. I've been sleeping on this pillow for over a week now. This pillow is very supportive and comfortable!
