Great design
I didn't know what to expect. I'm not a techy person in the least but I knew what I wanted. This package came with everything a beginner needs. After the initial set up I printed my picture. It took a minute for me to figure out which size paper to select but after 3 tries the perfect image on my cake came out! I was super impressed that icing ink was able to make a beautiful perfect picture like this. Im super happy!!!! This was my first try and I plan on many more. By the way, my camera does not do this picture justice.

Doesn't print circles with images correctly.
I was trying to do circles with edible images and it was not printing them correctly. The last row was cut off. Even with online help we couldn't get it to work.

Great Printer Kit.
Great experience with the company as a whole. Everything in the kit was high end. Is going to make a great gift.Had a slight issue occur during shipping and it was fixed by Icinginks same day.

HORRIBLE
I am changing my review. My husband bought this printer for me from overseas. I'm not computer savvy, so I told him I would wait for him to come home but then covid happened and it sat there for 6 or 7 months in the box unopened. I finally just went ahead and opened it without him because he couldn't get a flight back. As soon as I plugged it in, it started making horrible noises. I called the number on top. The guy helped me through it. I printed off 2 edible pictures and didnt touch it again until months later. Once again, it made horrible noises and just wouldnt work. Come to find out, they sent me a busted printer! 250.00 stolen! They emailed me and told me they would replace it (which I still have a copy of) and pay for it all. Then the guy completely ghosted me. Nice. Dont trust these people!

I’m loving this!! I have used it so many times and haven’t had 1 problem. I was frustrated during set up but it was work the anxiety. Lol

I couldn’t start to use. Because it says that the following ink tank can not recognize. Everything is new and we spend to much money for that . But it doesn’t work !

Purchase price was excellent
I cannot give a review on this, since it was a Christmas Gift. However, I am sure the recipient of this gift would love it. Therefore, I can only give a low rating - sorry.When the recipient opened this gift, they were over joyed, since it was something to help in their baking endeavors.
