Great
I really like this. It has your day tracking with prompts like ‘positive things that happened today’ and space to write in about to look forward to tomorrow. As well as affirmation pages to fill in, goal setting with date to achieve and how. It has self care goals and tracking. Lovely font. Paper quality great and some positive colouring pages on gratitude. Nice uplifting quotes on the corners of the page.

Perfect ⭐
I spent such a long time trying to choose something to track my mood. I was worried about getting this because I couldn't see how the inside was layed out. So glad I took the risk and have put a few pictures on for others! For the price and what I needed it for it is absolutely perfect. I also didn't want it to say 'my mood tracker' for everyone to see on the front so chose this for extra positivity, but I'm sure there are other options too.

Useful for mood tracking, reflection and CBT but not high quality printing
It is great for keeping track of your moods and the structure help you to reflect on the day just gone and how *you* could have made it better for yourself, as well as focusing on the positive, rather than just the negative, which can be a trap with a blank page or journal. It doesn't have enough days in fir a full year though and the printing isn't the highest quality, with some lines not aligned on some of the pages (see picture), but it doesn't matter too much if it's just for you. Could probably also be used with a therapist or as part of cognitive behavioural therapy, although it's quite hard to find one and they aren't cheap, so this journal is probably a good starting point to see if you need more help

Simple and practical
I got this for my autistic teenager, like many autistic teenagers he suffers with mental health issues and I thought this would be a good way to get his thoughts and feelings out without having to explain them. It’s quite simple and straightforward to write in.

Journal for keeping track of emotions
I've bought the journal for my partner as a Christmas gift. Just looking through it, it's very clear and easy to use. It also haslot of positive quotes. Many thanks :)

Brilliant for anyone suffering anxiety, depression & low self-esteem
I spent days looking for something like this. Since being in lockdown I wanted to deal with my anxiety and this is a great tool for that. Highly recommend and great value.

Ticks the boxes but not for me
Not a bad bit of kit, but definitely felt a little more juvenile than I was expecting. Sure it’ll be hugely useful for some but wasn’t personally for me

Good journal but ....
Iv used this book now for almost 3 months an I am nearly out of diary pages. I could be wrong but I don't see where it states in the description this is only a 3 month journal.

A must buy to track my bpd!
I love this book! It has two parts and lots of information to keep track of! This book makes it sooooo simple I love it!!!I paired this with the 120 day anxiety journal and I’m so glad I did!

This is NOT faux leather! It's a printed leather pattern PAPER cover.
I was expecting a more durable cover so I could keep this journal in my bed, but the "faux leather" is a printed paper cover. I'm very disappointed. I'm still going to keep it and use it because I like the layout of the pages, but this is not at all what I was expecting. Also, there are occasional printing errors, but they're minor.

All the pages are the same. I’m this is good if you want a mood Tracker. Not a mood journal.
