ABC: Alphabet Animals at Bedtime (Cute children's ABC books)

This is a cute book with great illustrations. Fun to read and shows all the animals for the alphabet getting ready for bedtime. My niece really enjoyed it.

The ABC Alphabet Animals at bedtime is a cute story with big, bright, appealing illustrations. I liked some of the verses more than others and the story may be slightly less appealing because preschool children may not be familiar with some of the animal characters. Still, it's an enjoyable adventure and very young children can learn the alphabet more easily with this book. They will chuckle at some of the bedtime outfits the animals wear. This is a cute book about the alphabet and animals at bedtime! My 5 year old son really enjoyed it.

I think toddlers will love how Aaron Adams pairs animals in vivid, beautiful illustrations with each letter of the alphabet. On every page, het image of the animal is dressed in, or performs, a bedtime activity. I think that this, even when some of the animals are not known by the kids (or the one who read their bedtime story), make children will love it anyway. They recognize these bedtime objects.

I really liked this book because it rhymes the alphabets which allowed my granddaughter to rehearse her alphabets with joy. She loves to recite her alphabets on a daily basis, so this was a really enjoyable book for her. Thanks so very much for this well illustrated and colorful book. I would recommend this book to any child that likes their ABC’s that is well illustrated with a few different animals. I gave this book four stars because of color, illustrations and rimes. This book pairs animals with each letter of the alphabet. Some of the animals are familiar ones like alligators and gorillas; others are not as well-known as the bandicoot and the x-ray fish. The tale is written in rhymes, some of which work better than others. Each animal performs an activity that is traditionally associated with a bedtime activity. Illustrations are large, bold and vivid.Recommended for toddlers and preschoolers as a bedtime story or read-aloud.

This fun picture book is filled with bright and very cute animal pictures, and combines a child learning the letters of the alphabet with a sweet bedtime story about all the different animals getting themselves ready to go to bed. Perfect for snuggling up with and reading aloud at bedtime.

The best thing about the book are it’s illustrationsAlso like the fact that relatively uncommon animals are used for the alphabet. But because of this, small children may not find it familiar or appealingThe rhymes are mediocre and repetitive at best..Overall a one time read, for good visuals, alphabet drilling and to talk about some uncommon animals and birds

the illustrations are great, the overall concept is cute, the execution is poor (the rhyming isn't *awful*, but it's quite forced). it would have been great if there was some kind of logical sequence with the last animals going to sleep, and the animal watching television in the middle really isn't excellent for teaching kids about bedtime routines.
