It's hard to know what to take for a multivitamin. There are so many recommendations out there. You can go to a dozen different websites and find a dozen pieces of conflicting advice. In the end, I found Rainbow Light recommended at multiple websites and appreciated the simplicity of the bottle and lack of outrageous claims about its benefits. It came quickly and I immediately started taking it. First problem I've had with other vitamins is that they are sometimes hard to swallow. This vitamin, despite its medium size, is somehow never really hard to swallow. It is not a gel or made of a slick surface - very plain in fact. Somehow it goes down very easily, though. The smell was something to behold. It is a greenish vitamin that almost invokes being on a farm. It's not a pleasant odor and I try to keep the bottle closed unless I am taking one. You don't smell it through the bottle and the smell doesn't last once you swallow the vitamin, but it's not a good smell. I tell myself it's more natural that way. Smell is not going to make or break a vitamin for me, though. I did notice as soon as I started taking it that, like most vitamins with excess riboflavin, I started seeing almost neon urine. This apparently is common, although I still wonder about it and if that means it's not good for me. I have read up on it and apparently it is harmless and is expected. That does raise a general issue with vitamins in that even if they put in extra vitamin this or that, your body can only digest so much of it at one time, which is why healthy meals are much better for you than a daily multivitamin. I haven't experienced in other side effects, though, and generally I've felt like my energy has improved. It may be a placebo effect, but whatever it is, it feels good. We'll see if it has any effect when cold season comes around or any longer-term health benefits that I can perceive. In all, if you buy into multivitamins, this one seems natural, not overly-puffed full of outrageous ingredients, and is easy to take. I plan to continue with the brand.

These are great and organic compared them to other store brands. This one takes the cakes so far.

Definitely, the best multi-vitamin I have taken, in pill form. I used to make smoothies every morning for the family, but lately, it has been difficult with our schedule being so busy, so I needed something to help fill the gap when I can't have a smoothie. Rainbow light has been a great gap filler. So far, I have noticed a difference in my anxieties (I have pretty bad anxiety and stress). I noticed my energy levels have been up, and I seem to be able to make it through the whole day, whereas before I would crash somewhere right after dinner. I also have been a little more frisky with the wife lately, haha. TMI. I must note that I have had a change in weight lately too. Normally, I am a big promoter in eating healthy and exercise for weight loss, but when I started taking Rainbow Light I dropped about 10 extra lbs and leveled out there (that I wasn't trying for). It may because of the ingredients that help my system keep going or maybe because it has helped with my mood/ stress and has helped to relieve gains from those issues. I couldn't say for sure, but just an added plus in my book. Last note, we eat fairly healthy in our house, so this is not the only source of nutrition I have in a single day. We also take other supplements that work for us and our body types. Rainbow Light is a great source of basic needed nutrition, but only a small part of what we do to stay healthy. In no way do I promote the use of this and only this as a means to stay healthy and nutritional. Different people need different things to help stay healthy, I do recommend this multi-vitamin as a base to your needs.

Rainbow Light consistently produces inferior products! I have been using their multi vitamins for well over 20 years. What got me way back then was how quick it dissolves in a glass of water. It doesn’t take long for it to break down so your body can get the nutrients to your body much quicker than any other pill/tablet vitamins I’ve ever seen. If you have a compromised digestive system, these are what you’re looking for! Even if you don’t have any digestive situations, these are top notch. You won’t be disappointed, try it out!

On the website it was a multivitamin of different potency, features and composition(superior and expensive).. but what I got is different product of the same brand(inferior and cheap) with less potency and less features That's simply making the customers Fool by asking more than twice price And sending a different cheap product of same brand..

A balanced multi-vitamin/multi-mineral with quality ingredients. Not cheap, but high quality supplements never are.

This product is good but the only thing I found that it increases the blood sugar. So this product before taking any Sugar blood test like Sugar fasting or Sugar Random should be avoided. Please take Doctors advice before buying the product. In addition it keeps the energy level high.
