My Wife is the artist in the family, and had been teaching our Niece a bit about watercolor painting. She thought that this would be a very thoughtful gift for her, and it was. Granted you can find sets that are a bit better, but then they also cost several times what this one does. But for someone starting out, it's a terrific choice. You've got a variety of paints, brushes, and all in a convenient little case to keep things organized. Plus it's all for less than ten bucks. So if you're looking for a nice little stocking stuffer for an artist - or someone aspiring to become one - this would be a very thoughtful present.

Honestly I was looking for a brush case to take my brushes for travel and bought this because of the size and price. It’s very well made, comes with brushes and room for a few more. I’m very happy with it as I plan to throw in a bag and take outside for landscape painting. It’s firm enough to not get squished and will fit easily in a backpack with additional supplies.

Fan of rhe brushes and case but disnt look closely wanted acrylis paints not water colors my mistake gave to my grandson the artist ...he loves it

I was pleasantly surprised with this watercolor set! The brushes were decent, and the watercolors were actually very good quality for the price. Also, the pigment numbers and lightfast ratings are included on the tube which was a plus for me as well. The case that it comes in seems to be very durable and well made and holds even a few more of my own supplies along with the ones that came with the kit. I would definitely recommend this kit for beginners, hobby painters, as well as established artists.

Purchased for a gift. She loved it

These were a gift for my daughter she loves art. The case is handy for travel or just for heading outdoors to paint. The variety of brushes was a nice touch.

I gave this set to someone as Christmas gift and they loved it. From what i’ve seen it works pretty well and the way it is supposed to. Good buy!

Good starter set. Paints were of low to medium quality but great for the price and for a beginner.
