Kills rodents
The product works but some reviews indicate some dangerous and irresponsible use. Using it a spray bottle creates a mist that you'll likely inhale. Skin contact is enough to absorb this (though likely would have to be prolonged to be toxic). There ARE reports of it affecting humans so treat it like the toxin that it is. It is also apparently sweet so rodents like it. Rats especially are "neophobic" (afraid of new things) so finding where they're getting water, food, traveling etc and then feeding and watering them with nontoxic things works best. My home was infested and while traps regularly killed some they weren't enough. This plus the same brand's bait poison (different poison) did kill them. To my surprise they didn't die en masse inside the house (though a couple did). Rotting rat is a smell you don't forget. As to other rodents I am putting some outside where squirrels are damaging my home. My neighbor feeds them and has a water feature so it will be a constant battle. Indoors or outdoors it clearly works best if there are no other water sources (toilet, sump pump, leaky basement, puddles, rain barrels....hopefully you get it) available. It works particularly well outside during a long day spell. Theoretically it should work to soak seeds or other food items in it. But be careful what you do as it will kill non-tarvet animals (pets, wild animals, neighbor's pets, etc). There are very few poisons left available because people have been careless. Use it responsibly so this doesn't get banned too. This is a review if the product only and NOT of the company selling it through Amazon or of Amazon.

This is awesome.
Works great! I noticed results within a week. I had a huge mice problem and this has helped not only reduce the population but to keep it low. The results are dramatic and will restock once it's gone.

Absolutely Effective. 6 out of 5 rats recommend not consuming
A week ago I bough a nice loaf of everything presliced baked bread. I put it on the counter, unopened still sealed in the wrap, and went to work. I came home ready to enjoy some bread and wine and what do I find? The whole loag is literally gone. Under the stove I see the wrapper sticking out. Yep. They carried the loaf into my broiler under the stove and had a feast. Well I saved the leftovers..... Here is where it gets good. I sprayed some everything bread with this yesterday. There's 2 dead rats within 3 feet of it this morning. No mess. No fuss. Just walked away and dropped dead.

Not sure if it’s working
Not sure if this product is working or not but critters are either drinking it or it’s evaporating. Have not found or smell any critters that have bought the farm. It’s easy to use but only last less than 7-10 days before having to refill it

They are okay but could be better
The boards are thin but they are really sticky (accidentally stepped on one & it ripped my sock getting it off). We’ve caught a couple of mice but almost every mouse is only barely stuck to the boards by the tip of their tails so some of the mice have escaped & the others were barely stuck which requires me to put another board on top of the mouse to have it stick enough to dispose of which is very hard for me to do, ugh. I personally think the layer of glue needs to be thicker and a slightly larger board would help even more. As a side note, I recommend keeping the boards flat & not folding them up as we tried folding them for the first few weeks and never caught a mouse and we are severely infested & landlord’s take is that they’re friendly & they don’t eat much, ugh. When I move I’ll need to rent a rollaway dumpster to throw away 80% of my belongings they have destroyed.

Works when other bait fails
After using all types of baits, snap traps and homemade rat poisons none that worked I went with the liquid poison. I have no children or pets at home and as the label states don’t use this outside where non-targeted animals will drink it. I had a Norway rat that was getting into everything even after I removed everything that I thought it could get into. Turns out it nibbled through water bottles and drank from them. That is when I decided to go with liquid poison. I used metal feeder bases available on Amazon and glass mason jars that I had. Mixed up the poison per directions 1 quart water and the poison. I separated the quart into two drinkers and marked the jar to monitor levels. Everyday I could see a change in level and by the 6th day I saw my rat friend Mr. Jingles just sitting there not trying to run. I took a fishing net to capture it and dispatched it humanly. This stuff works and will keep working as rats and mice need water like everything else. As long as you follow the instructions taking care not to allow non-targeted animals to drink the poison or get to the rodent after it’s dead you will have success without unintended casualties. I recommend this as a last resort when nothing else works.

Completely Eradicated My Growing Rat Problem
Completely eradicated my rat problem. This has been the only product in the market that has shown true and effective results for my situation. Baits can be ignored, traps can be avoided, but water is non-negotiable . The key is to establish a watering source before hand - so that the rats become acclimated and desensitized to its presence. This could take a week or two, but in this time you’ll allow the whole colony to become accustomed to it (be sure to remove other water sources during this time). After that do the good ol’ switcheroo and your rat infestation will be as good as gone! I can’t recommend this product enough. I’ve wasted hundreds on other products - to no visible effect. The problem just got more and more out of hand, as my initial rat problem became an infestation. It wasn’t until I bought this product that I finally had a viable solution in hand. In span of 2-3 weeks, the infestation was no more and I could finally rest in peace. So save yourself the time, money and headache. This is (undoubtedly), the #1, NO-NONSENSE approach to RAT EXTERMINATION! Use this product, you won’t regret it.
