Not great
The plastic that was wrapped around each individual piece was very time-consuming to remove, also I was not very happy with how the perches seem to sag and leave a gap in between the post and the perches. It looks very lopsided once installed, I wouldn't purchase this again.

Great for nail filing small animals
I rehabilitate squirrels and I got this hoping it would help file his nails down. It does, he loves it and it mimics the trees so he can get used to climbing as well

Highly Recommend
My 8 budgies love this perch. I have it hanging down from the top of the cage. They sleep on it at night and they always fuss on who gets what perch. Highly recommend!

easy to clean
My birds love scratching there faces on it. We hung it from top for a while, then switched and had it coming up from the bottom

Definitely recommended for parakeets
Nice way to help keep the parakeets' nails filed down. Bill & Ted (my keets) love this. The blue stem is about 12.5" tall and has three smaller red perches that screw in to the main stem. No problem with any of them. They screwed in all the way and fit snugly alongside the stem. The keets each enjoy having their own perch, but ... being keets, they squabble about whose perch is better. We hung it from the top of the cage. The whole unit is sturdy and if/when they ever wear it down, I'll get another. Recommended for keets! PS - I'm even thinking of getting one for my canaries to help them keep their nails trimmed. The perches are a bit wide, but I think the canaries could handle it.

Worked great for my parakeets
I have four parakeets in a rather large cage. I ordered the same because I love that I gave him several little purchase. With for them they all like to have their own little spaces. This is a nice piece to add everything you need is there. They all screw into the main base which is the blue piece. And then the blue piece attaches to your main cage. Everything you need comes with it it was super easy to do and I would say start to finish took me about three minutes. And that’s including picking out where I was putting it in the cage.Ledges are great for my parakeets I would think this would work great for a cockatiel or parrot as well. More small to medium size birds.
