Seriously good magnesium!
Excellent product! While the packaging is very attractive, I would prefer there to be less, and if this also resulted in a lower price, that would be great. I am amazed at what a difference it has made to my sleep and mood though. I was already taking lots of decent quality magnesium, but the threonate and its ability to cross the blood/brain barrier has amazed me. For the novice magnesium user, I would recommend using this in conjunction with a more affordable from, as the recommended amount does not provide a great deal of elemental magnesium (117mg in 3 capsules) but if there is any need for improved mood and mental function, I cannot recommend it too highly.

Expensive, unfortunately no benefits for me!
Although these are normal sized as tablets go. I found these quite hard to swallow. They're not exactly coated well to facilitate swallowing. I never usually have an issue with any tablets but I struggled with these. Oddly enough I can manage to swallow without effort an entire 1500mg Glucosamine Sulphate pill which is three times the of these in one tablet.Unfortunately I didn't perceive any benefits to taking these. I had read that tinnitus could be affected in a positive way using Magnesium Threonate. Alas I noticed no difference, maybe mine is just too bad to affect.I've now finished the entire bottle. I had a spare tablet left, so either I've been done out of two or its an extra. Unfortunately I didn't count them when they arrived and to be honest, I wouldn't have anyway! I'd expect better attention to detail for such a pricey product that quantities are dot on.Lets talk about the price. I can't say that these are good value for money. They are expensive and I don't think I'd be buying them again even if they had some positive benefit. I imagine people buy supplements when they're making other positive changes to their lifestyle and its those effects they are feeling. At least I know when I take Vitamin D3 it is doing something for me. Saying there are 90 tablets so prominently implies there are 90 days worth in my mind, as others have stated the dose is 3 tablets a day. I can't imagine it costs more than a penny per tablet to make these if that. So I do feel ripped off. It was worth a go just for the tinnitus link.I read someone say it was worth buying these even if they had a placebo effect. I don't agree. If you can't genuinely feel something causing a change in you then you've wasted your money and will continue to do so. People don't do this with medication, it either works or it doesn't.

Trying a change of brand for evening consumption
These appear to be fine, as I've suffered no ill effects. I've been taking L-Threonate supplements for quite a while, and will continue to do so. I don't take any other Magnesium supplements, as many other things now include a small amount, pretty much like they do with zinc, and increasingly.....vitamin D, trying desperately to be all things to all (wo)men I guess. Plus I don't require any assistance with the functionality of my bowels and bladder at the present time. 2 stars knocked off due to their totally spurious and misleading BS regarding free or reduced price items, which turn out to be from the US only!, as a result of buying this one. needless to say it'll be my one and only purchase from this particular company.

Seeing good results so far
I haven’t been taking this supplement for long but already feel some improvement in my quality of sleep. My bathroom scales tell me that I have put on more muscle mass over the last two weeks and I have noticed a good change in my hormones. I decided to see whether magnesium could be responsible for these changes and apparently it could. I’m very interested to see how things progress.

Too cheap to be real. Sorry.
As I was using different Magnesium at the same time I got the impression that this one works. Sadly, it was only the impression. Tested it alone and various dosages and I feel nothing. At least when compared to the "Healthy Origins Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate, 227g Powder", which is still the best magnesium I was able to find.As far as I am concerned Magnesium L Threonate should boost the cognitive abilities better than any other magnesium. I did not feel anything and moreover other benefits I should have from magnesium had been decreased, too.I am afraid, but this product seem to be too cheap to be real.

Headache and insomnia buster
Great product. I was actually experiencing blinding headaches and not being someone that normally suffers with them I wasn’t coping at all well. I did some research as I was intermittent fasting around that time and it turns out being low in common electrolytes like magnesium was the probable cause. After more research I came across Focus Supplements and their Magnesium L-Threonate which promised good quality at a reasonable price. That’s exactly what I got. After just a few days I noticed that my sleep was longer, deeper, and of far better quality than I’ve ever been used to. I did think this was a fluke at first but my sleeping has been consistently better. Straight away I felt happier and calmer and also as time has gone on I feel more resilient when dealing with work pressures, and my memory recall is definitely sharper. The blinding headaches have become a thing of past as well which was my original complaint and reason for seeking out the product. The cherry on top is that my sleeping has improved to a point I thought unattainable without prescribed sleeping tablets. I’ve tried a lot of sleeping aides and they simply do not work or have negligible effects at best. If you have sleeping issues this product is definitely worth a punt to see if it’s the right key for you too.Although my mood has greatly improved I still feel a little flat so I’ve order some 5-HTP, also from FS, and I can’t wait to see the results of combining the two.
