OK product
Wouldn't give this five stars as there are parts of my wall that it simply will not remove any of the salt deposits (they have probabl been left too long and become too thick).....but for the most part, where deposits are light.....it gives adequate results

Can't say I am impressed.
It looks the business, bubbles up when it comes into contact with mortar debris as do all the brick cleaners i have used. I tried this on a patio where there were mortar stains on the paving slabs also black spots and fungal mess. The mortar stains were very much reduced but everything else just stayed there. I tried several patches with different dilutions including an undiluted patch, leaving and scrubbing each one for up to an hour, all giving similar results. It also seems expensive for a 1 litre pack, 5 litre packs of competitive products are cheaper by a long way, so sorry, but nil points from me mainly for the price.JC

Quick and Effective
Having recently undertaken a DIY bathroom renovation (a decision I sometimes regret when I look at my permanently grout-stained hands), I found myself in dire need of a heavy-duty cleaning solution. Enter the Rapid Action Concentrated Cement, Grout & Salt Residue Remover. Here's how this product fared in the ultimate battlefield of bathroom tiling.First off, the effectiveness of this remover is no joke. The concentrated formula meant I could dilute it according to the severity of the residue. For the lighter salt residues on my kitchen tiles (thanks to me being over-enthusiastic with salt while de-icing last winter), a milder mix did the trick beautifully. However, the real test was the nightmare of cement and grout residue in the bathroom.Applying the remover was straightforward, though I recommend using gloves unless you want to explain to your mates why your hands look like they've aged 50 years overnight. I let it sit for about 10 minutes - a short tea break - and returned to find that the tiles were ready to be wiped down. The grout haze that had been taunting me for days came off with significantly less elbow grease than expected. The scent is, well, as chemical as you'd imagine, but not overwhelmingly so if you keep the area well-ventilated (and maybe keep a window open to prevent a DIY-scented headache). The liquid is also quite runny, so be prepared for a bit more drippage than you might with a gel-based cleaner.Pros:Highly Effective: It tackled both light salt residue and heavy grout and cement marks without breaking a sweat.Time-Saving: Works quickly, meaning more time to admire your handiwork or nurse a cuppa.Concentrated Formula: Can be diluted to suit different types of cleaning, which feels economical and practical.Cons:Requires Gloves: Harsh on the skin, so protective gear is a must.Runny Consistency: Can be a bit messy to apply; patience and careful application are required.Strong Smell: Keep those windows open unless you fancy a headache. In summary, the Rapid Action Concentrated Cement, Grout & Salt Residue Remover is a solid choice for anyone looking to reclaim their tiles from the clutches of DIY mishaps. It’s not a miracle worker, but it’s as close as you can get without hiring a professional. Just remember to gear up unless you want to add 'mad scientist hands' to your look!Rating: 4.5/5 stars. Almost perfect - if only it came with a free pair of gloves!

Clean with envy.
- Review for ECOPROTEC Cement, Grout & Salt Residue Remover for Tile & Stone | Rapid Action Concentrated Cleaner (1 Litre) || Price: £26.47 (at time of ordering) -The sandy old concrete out the back of my house had started badly eroding, and to my surprise I discovered the original Victorian brickwork was preserved underneath. I spend hours with a chisel and mallet breaking up the concrete and removing it in chunks, but the end result had thin patches of concrete that I just couldn't get off. This was last summer, and I've been waiting for the weather to improve so I could get back out there and finish it off. At first I was using a tile scrapper, but it was painfully inefficient, so I jumped at the chance to try out this cleaner. I have to laugh at myself for how much unnecessary effort I was putting in before; this cleaner is unbelievably easy to use!I simply poured the solution over the tiles and let it sit for a bit, then got to work scrubbing it off. It did take off a bit of the red brick sheen, but it was extremely effective at removing all the old concrete residue. I feel like such a fool for not trying this earlier! You'll definitely want to don thick gloves for the scrubbing, and I wore a face mask due to the fumes. It really does make light work of an otherwise tough job. Recommended.

It works.
Its actually quite good. I was looking for a stone cleaner to clean the patio slabs in the garden. I have tried others in the past with no real luck. Ecoprotec remover, did actually remove some of the stains and dirt that has built up over the winter. I mixed myself up a fairly strong solutionm poured it onto the slabs then gave them all a real good brush with a hard brush/broom. I let it sit for 5 or so minutes, then jet washed it off. Althought they didnt come up like new, they came up a lot better than other cleaners I have used in the Past!

This stuff is great I had accidently spilled some grout onto some flags when renovating our bathroom. Sadly nothing I've tired removed it including a pressure washer. This stuff worked and only need a little bit. let it sit for about five minutes and lightly scrubbed it came off. brilliant stuff expensive but it works rather well.

Great on Steps
I used to really dislike cleaning the garden steps after winter until I found ECOPROTEC Cement, Grout & Salt Residue Remover for Tile & Stone. This product changed everything. It works fast because all I need to do is pour it, wait for about 5 minutes, scrub it lightly with water, and then wash it away. It's really easy. The solution does a great job of getting rid of all the dirt, salt, and leftovers that build up during winter, making my steps look brand new.
