Easy installation
Works perfectly with my driveway alarm. Incredibly easy installation

Works as it should
I installed it as a mailbox alarm. It took a little playing, but I got it hooked up. I attached the transmitter to a post used to hold the mailbox and attached a line about half-way up the mailbox door. The line has the magnet and some extra weight to allow it slide up and down by the transmitter as the door is opened/closed. My mailbox is about 800 feet from the house and being the mail often now is not delivered until 7 - 8 pm, I don't enjoy making the hike to the mailbox in the dark and when it is cold. Now I don't have to make multiple trips to the mailbox when I expect important mail. I am only 83 years old. But I am pleased with how it works along with the gate alarm I also installed.

Worth it
Been using for over a year now, great quality and easy to set up. Long range through several walls on house.

Only lasted for two years
Good battery life. Great range. Using as a remote gate entry annunciation- works well, buts sends false alarm with any local lightning strike. Bought again.

Okay product
Didn’t work well for our mail box- maybe due to box was metal. Works great though on our shop door which is closer to house

when adding a second transmitter you need to go to step one, not 3 and 4. That is for any additional transmitters.

UT-4000 transmitter with receiver
This is an upgrade from an older system bought from same company. This upgrade was alot easier to install and pair with each system. Volume of receiver and the various types of signals for doorbell sounds are very adequate. A Definite must for homes that have a gate more than 500 ft from their house! Great system
