Love the ease of use of this attachment with my Kitchenaide. It works beautifully and is easy to understand.

Works perfectly with a Kitchen Aide. Produced excellent pasta. I used the Billy Parisi dough recipe. I kneaded by hand, which I won't do next time. Note that it is numbered backwards. Instead of 0 to 8, it's 8 to 1.

Update: Seller sent a replacement spaghetti cutter. I've added a star and will update when I try the new one. I purchased this after trying to make ravioli with a rolling pin. The pasta roller makes this so much easier. The trick is to keep the rolled sheet rectangular and wide. The fettuccini cutter worked quite well also. However, the thinner spaghetti (or vermicelli) cutter didn't slice cleanly enough to separate the individual noodles. I tried various thicknesses from 6 to 2, but the noodles were not cut cleanly through. This was disappointing considering how well the other two pieces worked. I have a few days to decide whether to return.

I really wanted to like this, but it wasn't a great item for me. The first one they sent was not calibrated correctly, and shaved off bits of plastic with the cutting blade which isn't adjustable. I returned it and got another one, and that one cut perfectly. I was so excited to try it. I wanted to make fusilli, and tried that first. It was awful. The shapes did not curl correctly and just made a shapeless glob after hitting the bowl. So I changed the plate to small macaroni. It was somewhat better, but still didn't come out like macaroni. More like spaetzle. Then I tried spaghetti. That worked the best. However, the machine left an undesirable amount of dough in the coil when I was finished, wasting ingredients. Clean up was tedious. The machine itself seems well made and sturdy, but this whole process just wasn't worth the bother to me, and I'm someone who makes almost everything from scratch.

These Pasta attachments have me making fresh pasta more often. They are well made and work as described. Have two hands available to handle the pasta is far more efficient and easier than trying to juggle tasks with a manual crank pasta roller. Cleaning is a snap placing a dry, or damp microfibre cloth over the moving rollers -- set to smallest opening.

Very good buy. Very easy to fix and operate. The different settings are very easy to understand perform as stated. It is very sturdy and robust. Yes I do recommend other to buy and try it.

Used the kit about 10 times so far. Good product. Reliable. Easy to clean.

We previously bought a different one of these and promptly returned it as it was flimsy and broke in the first use, we have used this one several times and it works better, way more sturdy and overall better product, very happy
