Overall, very nice. Extremely well made and an excellent design. This really cools you down, and the rechargeable battery lasts several hours on a full charge. The fans (3 speeds) are very flexible (multi-directional) which helps you control the air flow. The fan in the rear, which cools a metal plate resting on the back of your neck, REALLY helps to maximize the cooling effect, and gives this unit a big advantage over basic neck-band fans. And it has a separate on/off button, so you can extend battery life by turning the rear fan off. My only negative... control buttons are VERY tiny, which makes it difficult to press them while wearing the cooler. But with practice, that becomes less of an issue. I would recommend this product.

We anticipated receiving this for nearly a month. We regret to write a negative review but it is big, bulky, and does not cool you off at all. There is a metal plate that sits at the back of your neck that was cold until after a few uses but other than that you can barely feel the air blow. I wanted this thing so badly so when I got it I was shocked that for the price it wasn’t better. It does run quietly but I’ll take the noise if it will cool me off. Sadly I couldn’t return them because shipping was $45 at the buyers expense which I feel is not fair because had it worked we would have kept them, but because it did not work we were stuck with it. So save yourself Money abs do not buy this product. We purchased ani for $20 each and they work much better.

Does its job. This product does a decent job, I like to angle the fans towards my chin and turn on the neck cooler. Helps me stay out a little longer working in warehouses with no AC. Thinking about getting a 2nd incase this one breaks or the battery dies during a long day. But so far I've had it on for 4 hours straight on medium and it hasn't died.

Once the temperture rise past 90 this uhit it self becomes usless-does not cool,fan just circulates the hot air around you-the cooling device on the neck area cant keep up=took this to a Stadium Concert and it failed 100 percent--now if its 80-85 it works ok--but after 90 degrees it sucks..

Arrived on time, pricing great. I wasn’t quite sure of this item, but I took a chance. Bought it as a gift, it was used quite often, so I asked if I could borrow it to work in the hot garage...unbelievable, Worked for hours and never felt the heat! This was a remarkable product and I highly recommend to everyone to escape the heat!

The noise was like bees right in your ears my husband couldn't stand it. Also to send back was a hassle they want me to send back to China but it came from Calif.

Not worth the money. A $20 “neck fan” puts out about the same amount of air flow. Compared it to one a coworker bought. I thought the air past over the “cooling plate” to give you colder air it doesn’t. If you have a larger neck like mine (18 3/4” ) you will have to hold the thing down to feel the cooling plate. Also be careful turn it off after you remove from your neck. If you turn it off before you take it off. Be careful not to touch the joint between plastic and edge of the plate it will be freaking hot. My wife can put it on and has no problem with it sliding around she also can feel the plate. She has A tiny neck tho. Ended up giving it to her. If you work outdoors save your self the money just get a neck fan.

I was very skeptical about this product and wanted to know if it really works. As I am writing this I am getting a brain freeze. its good but I'm in the office using this. I'm going outside to see how it does in 80 deg weather
