Boys Potty Training Kit

I thought my son would never learn to use the potty. I started looking for a program that would make him more interested in learning and a friend told me about Potty Tots. I decided to check it out and my son was so excited when it came in the mail. He learned the 6 steps to using the potty right away. I let him decide when he was ready to start potty training and while I don't think there is a magical program for getting through this milestone, Potty Tots made it much more fun and exciting for him.

I bought the girls version when I potty trained my daughter and she liked it so when it came time to start potty training my son I ordered the boy set. I never used all the fun stuff that came with it with my daughter (she didn't need all that) and currently only using the book and movie to start introducing the idea of potty training to my son. He NEVER stops moving but the video keeps him pretty interested, it's not to long so I think that helps.

Meh... Nothing Earth-shattering here. Maybe it helped a little, but it's not worthy of the gushing reviews. The animation is a bit cheap, music a bit annoying, and there is no real method, just repetition of steps. It's fine, but we know a few others who've tried it, and we all felt the same... Meh. I guess when a child finally quits diapers, you attribute it to whatever method you were trying at the time, rather than the child's development. That's why I give the "bottomless chocolate milk party" five stars!!!

If you have a son who is reluctant to use the potty this video and book are great. Our son watches the video often.

I started my son training at 20 months, and found that the materials in this book are aimed at older toddlers. I didn't use it at all. If I had to guess, I would say that it's probably quite helpful for your older toddler who is already communicating at a more advanced level.

This product worked great when I tried everything else. My guys weren't interested in potty training with the help of any other product, but with the help of the songs and the chart, plus the reward system, it was a huge success. It wasn't overwhelming, either. It became a natural part of our day. And the songs helped in between potty times to remind the boys what they needed to do when they didn't have the visual aids. An AMAZING product I would highly recommend to everyone. By using flushable wipes, it also helped them become more independent as well. One of my guys has mild autism and no other product worked for him. He is very visually oriented, so with all the options this product gives, it was very natural for him to understand the process. No crying or upset kids and it was a fun experience for all of us.

Well, it arrived damaged. Not what I expected it would be. Not really stickers more like window clings. Didn't even use it. Felt cheap.

I just wanted to let all the parents out there know what a wonderful product this is. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and I see many children with a variety of disabilities. Parents are always asking me for advice on potty training, and I have finally found a solution. My niece (who is normal developing) used this program, and I saw how motivated she was so I decided to recommend it to some of my patients' parents to use with thier children at home. They have had nothing but success with this program, and hats off to the developer!!! I highly recommend this product for both girls and boys who are having problems with potty training.
