Good stuff ! Not sure I actually enjoy the fruit punch flavor but it's not unbearable at all. I just received a new bottle but I've tried it before and I feel as though its actually beneficial, providing energy at the very least.

This is my first liquid vitamin that I’ve tried. I really like the taste, it’s smooth without being too medicinal. I’ve taken this as a breast-feeding, postpartum mama, it helped with my postpartum shedding, and I think I might actually have to believe the claims that it helped with reversing a couple of my gray hairs. It’s easy to add to my morning routine. Pour some in a shot glass In the morning. It lasted me just about a month, the price is comparable to the postnatal vitamin capsules, I was previously taking, but I like this better.

This liquid vitamin doesn’t taste good but it also doesn’t taste bad at all if that makes sense. It goes down smoothly, and it was a great value for my money.

So thankful to be able to get this easily, and a great product I’m glad this is liquid and most of your overall vitamins. I’ve been feeling really rundown lately and this even has the best version of B12 in it. I do wish I had a bit more vitamin D but I’m still glad it does have some I just added what I need on top of it.I’m glad for it being liquid since I have stomach problems and I was afraid of taking too many pills that maybe I couldn’t absorb

Love this , it’s been about four days and I am already noticing more energy. Tastes really good too , slight vitamin taste afterwards but that is to be expected! Will be buying again .

10000% worth the price and works as promised. I use this for myself and two of my toddlers a 2 year old and 4 year old. My two year old would always have a horrible time every time she got sick which would be often and last a long time no matter if it was a simple cold or something stronger. Specially during school season where everyone is sick and oftenMy two year old rarely gets sick and when she does it last maybe 3 days to a week and is not severe. I was also on a liquid diet for several months and I usually come out with vitamin d deficiency or anemia without the diet and when I went for my checkups I was perfectly healthy with no deficiencies. I don’t notice any difference in terms of appetite which I mention because some vitamins do make me hungrier, I don’t notice a difference with my skin, hair or nails but do see a huge difference health wise in me and my children.I think the taste is a little too sweet but nothing I can’t tolerate. For my children I mix it with their juice and they have no issues drinking it. There’s no medicine test at all.

I’ve been happy with this one overall. It’s easy to take, the ingredients look solid, and it’s been a convenient way to add a daily multivitamin without having to deal with more pills. It showed up as expected and the product matched the listing. For me, this has been a simple, reliable option and I’d buy it again.

I’ve been using this liquid multivitamin for a few weeks now and I like the convenience of the liquid format. It’s easy to take in the morning and the strawberry flavor is mild and not overly sweet.The bottle is easy to measure and store in the refrigerator after opening. I also appreciate that it contains a variety of vitamins in one serving, which makes it simple to include in my daily routine.So far, it has been a practical addition to my mornings and easy to stay consistent with.

For me maybe the vitamin benefits are real can't be sure as the science does confirm it, could do with more transparency of ingredients. Finally the taste is OK, tropical flavour but feels like too syrupy for me and too sweet from the vegetable glycerin I gather.
