ATTENTION: The opinion expressed here is my own and does not express the opinions of anyone else except my husband ;) The charger works great and doesn't overheat and it charges our phones just as quick as the wall adapter does that came with our phones. So far we haven't had any problems with the charger so far. It seems to be really well made. I really like that it is made with metal instead of all plastic like every other adapter. The blue diode is really nice, it lights up just enough so you can see where to plug your cables without being overly bright, this way it doesn't blind you at night. It has a very low profile so that depending on where your power outlet is you won't hit it and possibly damage it (But, I can see that this might be a slight problem for some because depending on where and how deep the outlet might be set into the car this may make it a little of a pain to pull out to remove.) This however is not the case for me and my husband. (Maybe they will design another one that might be a litter longer for others that may need one.) One thing that would be nice would be to make one with a red led and also a green led.I really can't say how likely I would buy this again because I don't need another one yet. This will depend on how well this product is made and how long it will last, but I will suggest this product to family and friends. So in the end I would definitely recommend this product. If anything changes with my opinion about this product I will update this review only if I ever remember to. lol. :)

I'm a school jumbo van driver, for special needs Kids. What I thought when I started, was that maybe I could add something special to their lives. Though I think some of that has been realized, what I really found, is these extraordinary kids have greatly enriched my life. One things for sure, music is magic and my little CRAVE products, flawlessly powers both GPS and none stop iPhone music all day long! I'm a gadget guy and know when somethings built right and performs to my rather over the top high standards. If you want USB power done right, I'm now using them, exclusively...It's a no brainer investment!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I CANNOT USE THIS. TOO TIGHT TO INSERT. WILL DAMAGE MY CAR.I bought this because i needed a lower profile charger than the one I have (that sticks out almost an inch from the slot), but the first time I tried to put this one into the slot, I discovered it was very difficult to insert, though I was able to slowly work it in, that turned out to be a mistake. Since it's very low profile and only has a thin lip around the edge, the fact that it is is an extra tight fit makes it almost impossible to unplug. I almost needed pliers.This particular power slot stays powered even if the car is off, so it will drain the battery if it is left inserted. If i cannot unplug it, I cannot use it. I cannot fight with it every time I use it or eventually it will damage the charging slot.Sadly, I bought two and did not open the first one right away due to travel... so I've stuck myself with two items that don't fit the slot without a lot of force - and I don't want to damage the only slot in my car.NOTE: I opened the second one to see if the problem was just the first one but BOTH of them are too tight to use.I thought maybe it was just my car, but I tried it in another car, and it's just as tight - so I'm putting them in a drawer unless i find someone for whom they fit.Item appears well made, but as there's no way to make it looser, I will not be using it again.

This product came in a well thought out casing I feel would protect it no matter how the shipping company decides to treat the deliverables. The product, I see, has been assembled with very durable components. The higher Amperage definitely is a plus, for the times when I jump into the car with a device who's battery has been greatly depleted. The batteries charge a considerable amount by the time I reach my destination. I look forward to having this device as an integral part of my vehicle for many years to come. Great job ladies and gentlemen, you have once again shown your hard work and dedication in all that you do.

I was looking to find a car adapter that could fit nicely into the lighter socket; even one that has a rubber protector/stopper that flips out but stays attached. Another adapter I had having large 'shoulders' can't be put into that socket without permanently removing (cutting off?) the protective stopper which I did not want to do. When inserted, the front of this adapter is not only 'flush' (doesn't protrude), it actually remains slightly recessed in my truck panel. Looks great & plenty of room to leave the flip out stopper attached. My only concern is that it will be tough to remove this from the socket without marring it. I don't think I'll ever need to do that until it (inevitably, one day) burns out. Then I'll grab it by the USB ports to get it out which will likely permanently damage them. Note, as expected, the rubber flip cover can't be closed over the inserted adapter.

The light indacates that the device is working but sometimes its flickers. I just bought this for an incase of an emergency option for charging. And it's been working but I have to make sure I set it just right for it to work. Although my review has not changed. The customer service is what brought me to five stars because even though this product is not perfect the company reached out to me to send me another product. In my car it works the same but knowing that the company behind the product are so proactive in helping the experience makes owning this product worth 5 stars

This did not fit my apple accessories. Looked and felt durable but I couldn't even get the USB to fit inside. I was disappointing, had to return.

Small and sleek charging device with a quality feel. The device has two charging ports charge my devices fast. Both usb charging ports are rated for 2.4w and the device is backlit blue when receiving power. The best part is that this device sits almost flush in the 12v outlet in my car, so it is not in the way and doesn't require removal when not in use. I would recommend this product to anyone who requires a charger for their vehicle.
