Symmons7-700, Brass

I got this to replace a 15+ year old one. I had replaced the center cartridge part once, but I had leaking issues with the 2 side water shutoff valves, and other issues, and ended up just replacing it. Going with new of what was there made for an easier swap. I still had to cut the copper pipes on both sides and top to get the old one out, and using new copper fittings, get it all back together once again. To do that, I can to kill the water coming into the factory, so had to do it when they were closed. It works. It mixes the Hot and Cold water to the temp required. Our hot water is pretty HOW. But since it's a food Factory and everything needs to be very clean. We need a lot of HOT water. It gets tempered down some which mean more hot water as you're blending some cold water into the mix.
