This item was very disappointing in my experience. I used it exactly as directed and found that it removed very little hair, aside from very fine hair. It was not effective on anything remotely coarse despite being advertised accordingly. More concerning, I also experienced a noticeable burning sensation during use. After using it on the face as directed, it caused significant skin irritation around the upper lip area despite avoiding direct lip contact. The product is also marketed as suitable for sensitive skin and includes facial-use imagery, which made this result especially frustrating. I’ve used other depilatory creams successfully before, so this isn’t my first experience with this type of product. In my case, this item was both ineffective and irritating to the skin, which makes it difficult to recommend.

Doesn’t get all the way down under skin, but works good. Not harsh on skin. A little funky smell is okay

Will definitely be buying this again and recommending to my friends! Works way better than shaving and in the sensitive areas it is amazing! Won’t go back to shaving my public area ever again! Definitely will stay using this

It kind of works for my hair. I'm very fair-skinned and have dirty blonde hair. When I used it on the bikini area for the recommended time, it didn't get rid of it completely. It leaves a Velcro-like hair behind, though it does make it shorter. I think I would need to do it twice. This burns my skin as well down there. I have sensitive skin. I might try their other strengths

Worked as described. 7 minutes and it removed the few dark hairs on my chin. I completed it Tuesday morning and do not feel a need to repeat at this time.

I don't know why this product has so many low reviews...I have very sensitive skin, and I have no issues with this product, different time limits to keeping the cream on will work for different people, 4 minutes didn't work for me, how I use it: after applying the cream, I wash my hands then start the timer for 7 minutes, I found this time to be the sweet spot for me...find yours. If the product don't work for you, it doesn't mean it's a bad product, it's just not for you, try another one, too many low reviews for stupid reasons.

Terrible stuff disgusting smelling barely worked and left my head burning next day hair was already starting to grow back and started feeling like a prickly pain honestly not worth the trouble only writing this to warn others don’t use it but if you do hope it works for you good luck I’m going back to shaving less pain and hair stays gone longer lol
