An honest review from a real customer
I read so many reviews from people that don't look genuine so this is my review.First off, i received a damaged unit, so my first impression was not great. I included an image of the broken part. It was the end cap holding the torque adjuster on. The unit still worked but the torque adjuster would fall off. I saw no way to fix it myself.I was just going to send it back but thought I would contact the company first. I receive a nice email back and they said they would take care of it.I receive a replacement and the company kept me in the loop letting me know when i would receive it.I am very happy with the replacement, The unit works very well and the torque settings have been invaluable for my needs.Screwdriver has some weight to it but is not to heavy to use for long periods. The weight must come from the batteries. i have not had enough time to test how long the batteries will last over time yet.The location of the on/off button for me works well. if you are holding the screwdriver like a pencil the button may be to high. i use the screwdriver at 90* from the work surface so it is in a perfect spot for my thumb to operate.I was going to drop it a star for the broken part but the company was easy to work with. so I left it at 5 because the unit really was great and better than expected. Lots of additional parts and heads for the driver to use.

If you are having to deal with many small screws this thing is a must have!!!
I'm designing a MIDI controller which has many many screws to attach components to the case. These are tiny machine screws size M2 x 4mm. After assembling and disassembling my unit a few times, my index finger and thumb were beginning to get strain from having to squeeze the small screwdriver.Initially I was mounting my electronics to a 3D printed plastic case and therefore it was super important that the electric screwdriver had a clutch. So as not to strip the plastic. This unit is perfect. When you set the clutch to 8, it is very very powerful (more so than you would think for such a small unit), but when you need delicate work without stripping your threads, It can be very gently. For my plastic part, I set my clutch to 3 and it was perfect. But it's nice to know that there are even more sensitive settings if I were doing something more delicate. But also it's great to know that at setting 8, it was very very powerful. If you are screwing furniture or something that is more industrial and uses larger screws, go get a proper cordless power screwdriver or drill from Dewalt, or Makita or one of the major brands. But if you are working on electronics, small screws, delicate work with precise torque tolerances, then this is the unit to get. It's also not very wide, looks great, comes with a great case and many attachments. I highly recommend it.

Failed Product
I usually do not review here on Amazon but this time I will.It came in the Amazon Box after 4 days even though it was Prime. Then the box was vibrating cos the motor on the screw driver was on all this time. Then when I charge it, it smells of burning cos of the fact that during all the time it kept running constantly. Now, its DEAD!!And I am without the thing that I need to use on an urgent basis. What is your (seller & Amazon) opinion and what are your thoughts as to how you will compensate.

Better off looking for another one.
It’s decent, you can find one for a better price and more power, going to return but was useful while had it.

A must have for professional laptop repair
I am repairing laptops all day and this really fits the bill. The 395 RPM speed has made it possible for me to get more work done each day. I use the highest torque setting and it's just right. I plug it in at the end of the day and during lunch and the battery has never given out on me.That being said, there are some flaws. 1) It's too slippery. You learn pretty quickly how to use the button as a grip but that comes at the cost of sometimes accidently pressing it.2) The bit does not fit tightly. The included bits when fully inserted can be wiggled back and forth and even partly slide out without coming out. This results in the bit wobbling during operation and occasionally missing proper screw positioning the first time.3) The torque selector seems wonky. At first it wouldn't slide all the way to the 8 then it slid past now it seems right on. I can only assume I am get level 8 torque.Basically if it was Bosch or Dewalt manufacturing this tool it would be prefect. But the big names don't make anything like this. However once you get used to it, this tool is pretty great. I hope it does not give out on me. I'm two days in so far.

Read this to dismantle..Kind of works
The screwdriver seemed to have charge out of the packaging. Torque ring does add some torque to the screwdriver not sure exactly how much as I don't have proper tools to measure. The screwdriver charging light either isn't installed or does not work so I have no clue if the screwdriver is charging. There is no way that I have found to contact the manufacturer for their warranty support hence this review so I will most likely be returning this item wanted something that was decent but guess this isn't it considering issues right out of the box with manufacturer defects. So it is manufacturers defect that this doesn't charge as the wiring they use is miniscule and very very thin.Took it apart and replaced wiring with cat5 wiring so it's much sturdier now...BIG BIG KEY TO TAKE IT APART LITERALLY JUST PRY OFF THE SWITCH AND PULL OUT FROM THE DRIVER END. took forever to figure that out and ended up tearing up the aluminum casing...anyways now it runs fine and charges fine as well after the cabling upgrade.
