Keep On Chucking
Excellent nunchakus or nunchucks for fighting and practice, made of solid rubber, they are well balanced and feel really nice in the hands. The chain links that join the foot-long sticks are just right, giving these nunchucks enough length to strike the opponent at the proper distance. I highly recommend these nunchakus.

So... What are you looking for exactly?
Ok, I hate the practice nunchucks that are plastic and covered in foam. The weight is horrible and they are not exactly teaching hot to properly work out with REAL Hardwood Nunchucks. I will agree with everyone else that the chain is too long. You need to cut off two of the links to make it feel right. THEN you deal with how cheap and unacceptable the metal workings are. Bad ball bearings. cheaply put together. However the weight is comparable to a real hard wood, and I would rather be accidentally hit with one of these practicing than with a real hard wood pair. Yeah, but the rubber is hard, and using a real hardwood pair would probably be better, given the horrible cheap mechanics. Make them actual size, with real ball bearing parts. Then I would recommend them. Getting hit in the face with my real hardwood nunchucks: 10/10 painful. Getting hit with these rubber nunchucks : 8/10 painful. If that helps anyone.

Fine
The review asks me to rate if they were light weight. Um, people don't buy these for light weight. The weight was normal. The review asks me to rate these for beginners. Um, stuff like this isn't really marketed for beginners. But it's not the product's fault that the review questions don't make sense, so I rated them 5 on both. These were delivered fine and clean, and are strong and durable. They can cause bruises or hit you in the head or kidneys if you aren't careful. I think a helmet and torso padding should be worn. They are great! These are a wonderful, weight-bearing way to somewhat passively increase arm and shoulder mobility.

The chain is killin me but I'm here for it
These are heavy enough to make you feel like your arms are getting a great workout, but I agree with others that the chain is just a bit too long. I can't seem to overcome it totally. It makes it difficult to use them for fitness. The rain I use them for fitness is because it forces you to keep your form correct OR ELSE. And with this chain being too long, I'm struggling to figure out how to avoid countertattack upon myself. I'm bruised up LMAO & pinched.

So far so good, very happy with the quality.
I didn’t want foam trainers. It’s been years since I have practiced and decided it was time to start chucking again, and after searching Amazon for a decent inexpensive but durable pair I decided on these. The chain and rotation is quality and they have a great weight to to them. Solid rubber will definitely hurt if you wack yourself (or someone else) but in my opinion, for an adult, these are a great training tool.

Excellent Price for Double Tough Practice
These are shockingly heavy, even for just full rubber nunchucks. They look pretty good to me, or at least good for training, and the way the chain works is nice. Although they can bend, it takes some effort (or mine were fresh out of the molding and I need to work them in). And for the price, though having a second isn't exactly necessary, they're a better buy than others that only offer one with barely $5 off. It is worth noting as a WARNING: because of their weight, and solid rubber structure, they WILL hurt if you're not careful! Maybe not as much as a REAL nunchuck, but still gonna sting if not bruise.

Durable and much like real nunchakas
This set is much like a real set of nunchakus. I can personally appreciate the outer rubber layer for safety. Very comfortable in the hand and we'll bult.

Too heavy and smells awful
There made of durable rubber and feel like they’re built to last. They’re definitely less likely to break compared to cheaper ones. Unfortunately, the chain is way too long, which throws off control and makes the swing feel awkward. The weight is also heavier than it should be, so you can’t get a fast spin so it just feels slow and clunky. On top of that, they have a really strong, unpleasant smell right out of the package. Overall, they’re sturdy, but the design issues make them hard to use.

Okay, the hard rubber that is in place instead of hardwood. Will be easy to remove and then I will custom make my wood handles in replace of the rubber. For snits and giggles I cut the rubber down to size with just a utility blade and shortened the chain by at least 5 links. It is a little bit lighter but still much to heavy for proper use. Thanks for Two for the price of one.

The less beatings I give myself the less it hurts

Good chucks, but I agree with others, the chain is too long. Get this punch kit https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B09ZPMW4Z4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 There is one punch in this set that works perfect for removing the roll pins. Cut two links off the chain and reattach it. You`d have to have huge hands to use these with that length of chain. I couldn`t grab the chuck after rolling across the back of my hand. Links removed, all is good. The removed roll pin will tap right back in but look at the pin and insert the beveled edge in the hole not the other end. They`re heavy but no heavier than my home made woods and as others have said, a little less painful. After a little use the rubber warms up and becomes quite grippy. That`s a plus. Other than chain length these are great. Last plastic tube foam pair I had lasted a week. Don`t bother. Fix the chain and you`ll love these chucks.

Perfect for practice and general use. I would highly recommend purchasing these as an entry level tool. You won't be disappointed.
