Is this warmer than the original Turtle neck warmer?

Thank you for your question. The Original Turtle Fur Fleece is definitely warmer (heavyweight) than the Chelonia 150 Double-Layer Neck Warmer, which is midweight.

Is this intended for winter running?

I think it would be fine for winter running because it would be comfortable and washable. If I'm walking or otherwise working outside it can be pulled over to cover my nose but it might not stay this way if you were running. Hope this helps.

Is This product Windproof?

It comes up to your neck in front and back and is big enough to go down your neck in the front and back I would say yes to that. The fleece iscsooo warm
