Gel Consistency
Purchased this to use as “irises” for some monster eyeball pretzel bites this year along with Hershey kisses. I was pleasantly surprised at the color and how easy to use the icing was! Not the best for the exact dessert I had in mind as the gel like texture smeared during transportation but I’ll definitely use again for another dessert!

I purchased this for my grandchildren to use to decorate cupcakes that they had iced with orange icing. They drew jack-o’-lantern faces with this icing easy to squeeze for a little five-year-old very pleased with the results lots of fun
