I think these are the best nasal wash bottles available, but when I got 2 boxes recently they were missing the red o-ring inside the blue cap. Without this they don't work well at all. I contacted the seller and they told me that's the way they are made now. Then I contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed that was incorrect, that the o-ring should be included and they are going to mail me the o-rings so if you get a box that's missing them call the manufacturer.

The SinuCleanse put an end to night-time congestion, enabling me to enjoy feeling rested after sleeping--for a change. The quality of my sleep since using the SinuCleanse is dramatically improved.Apparently, unobstructed airways are crucial--who knew? Certainly not the sleep clinicians who evaluated me in their sleep labs. The SinuCleanse also seemed to resolve a persistent cough triggered by eating. I'm not sure how I managed before finding this--it took years of experiment.I find that starting with the left nostril works better for me than with the right nostril, which is painful if done first. Choose your initial nostril wisely. While you should not overuse this product, if you wait too long in between uses you could, if you aren't gentle, blow mucous into your eustachian tubes. This could lead to an ear infection.With proper use, a good alternative to Sudafed to alleviate night-time congestion.

After some frequent bouts of sinus infections, larengitis and colds I decided to add this to my weekly self care. I’ve noticed drastic improvments in my sinuses and I longer battle post nasal drip . I haven’t gotten cold or flu since I’ve started using ( knock on wood )

I really want to love this kit. It is well-designed and easy to use. The saline solution is gentle enough for novices to use without discomfort. I still can't get past the drowning feeling of water going up my nose, though. I passed the packets and unused bottle on to a friend who says they are fantastic, though!

This product is very good to clean out your sinuses.I have triede the Neti cup and will use this one also. I tell people anout both products. Linda
