If you can't use high heat, how do you boil water?

1) Do it on medium/medium-high heat 2) boil it in a stainless steel pot or tea kettle 3) become a scientist and create a non stick surface that can stand up to high heat 4) boil it on high and reduce the life of your cookware 5) log onto social media and put T-Fal on blast because you are inconvenienced

My Calphalon set was also the hard anodized body but the dishwasher made them ugly. These state they are dishwasher safe. Anyone have experience wash?

I put mine in the dishwasher. After, I repeat the initial instruction to heat on low for 10 seconds then rub a small amount of oil onto the cooking surface (similar to seasoning cast iron, but not as intense). I haven’t had any problems. I try to “always wash by hand”… but life happens and dishes will take over your whole life with this many kids. Avoid metal utensils. My big chicken fry pan from this series lasted ten years, no signs of wear, one metal fork later…😖
