Best grip
Excellent design. I use it with a dslr for video mode and a small camcorder for sweeping video shots. I like the design and the ability to still mount onto a tripod. The shoe mount works nicely for a battery powered video light plus microphone.All in all does the job nicely.

Bit light but works fine, does feel flimsy.

You get what you see
For a plastic made mount it does the job, stability is simply with how you handle it, hold the weight of a full rig set up ie: dslr, mic, lights ect. Works well for what I needed it for.

Breaks easily
Build quality is cheap (though that's to be expected given the price), needed it for a quick shoot. Tried removing the part that mics/lights attach to and once I did it basically just fell apart, so now I can't re-attatch it.
