Groove Life rings are my favorite alternatives when I don’t want to wear my actual ring. The inside of the ring has little grippy grooves so it stays in place, but is also extremely comfortable. It also fits true to size. This is a high quality silicone ring and I can’t recommend it enough!

This ring was fabulous the first year. Then it began to shrink. I can stretch it out but by the end of the day, it has shrunk again and hurts my finger. What can I do?

I bought a ring from this company in 2021. Within a year it had hardened and shrunk. But I thought I'd give it another try, maybe the first one was a fluke. Nope! I bought the second one two sizes(!!) larger last summer, and it's already unwearable. Again, the material hardened and it is too small for my finger. Yes, I keep them clean. No, I don't use harsh chemicals. And, no, I haven't gained weight - all my other rings fit exactly the same as when they were first purchased.

The ring is as pretty as the picture. It feels more solid than other silicone rings I've had. Very pleased.
