The dimensions of this mold are perfect for 4 nice size bars of soap that allow you to do a test batch. 20oz batch weight to fill the mold. Roughly 13.5 oz oil weight in the soap Calc. I ended up buying a 2nd one because it’s sturdy and nicely made. This mold is not cheap and flimsy feeling but still Un molds easily. I did have my husband 3d print a support to cradle the mold just in case it wanted to bow out on the sides but I don’t think it will. Just buy it !

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I selected this soap mold over others because of its affordability and good quality. It’s really sturdy and well made! Cleaning it is easy. It can handle heat, as I used the hot process soap making method. Unmolding my soap was a breeze as well!! Excellent product and I plan to purchase another one!

This is a very sturdy, nice mold. It makes 4 bars of soap. Really easy to use embeds with this. I put hearts in it with a column mold. To remove it, pull the sides, push the bottom, pull the sides again to the bottom portion release, push it up from the bottom, this makes it very easy to remove intact. I would recommend this mold.

I bought this for small batch soap making and it's so much easier than my homemade make-do pan I was using. Really easy to clean, good quality and easy to remove soap from the mold. Good value!

It’s a very nice sturdy silicone mold better than other silicone molds sold by other mainstream soap suppliers I’ve used in the past. I made CP soaps several times without any issues. Very easy to take it out of a mold even without any sodium lactate, and easy to clean and resists staining even though I used green and blue oxides in full strength the other day (1/2 tsp of oxides for 1/3 pounds each soap and swirled, no staining). It holds about 1 litre of liquid (water) when I measured how much it holds. I’m thinking to buy another one I like it so much so I can make different kinds on the same day. Highly recommended for the price you pay. Excellent mold, excellent value!! I’m including the photos of all natural “chamomile tea, egg yolk and cream soap” I made a few days ago using this mold. I’ve insulated it so it got hot but no issues at all. No micas used, with essential oils and topped with organic chamomile flowers. I’m buying the second mold! Excellent!! :)

This mold is well made. It's thick enough that it doesn't sag when making soap. The size is a little wider than I would prefer, but it works great for test recipes. The mold holds 20oz of water and about the same for a batch of soap.

Awesome! Fabulous! Well made sturdy little mould! Perfect size for test batches as it holds just over one pound of soap - 500 grams perhaps? My soap popped out easily next morning! I was taught years ago to pretreat all my moulds with petroleum jelly (Vaseline); back then I used wood moulds with drop down sides. None the less I continue the practice with my silicone moulds as it makes removal so much easier! My soap from this mould has sharp sides, I didn't lose any bits off it, it is perfection! I made lemongrass Aloe with chopped lemongrass mixed in.

Wonderful 1/2 loaf size silicone mold for testing soap recipes or small batches! Incredibly sturdy and does not warp under a hot soap pour (melt & pour). (Pictured is my first attempt of making a soap icing recipe mixture of shea butter & glycerine) The mold easily makes 4 tall square bars (1" thick). Advice: leave a little room at the top to be able to peel back the mold. It is really *sturdy* and takes extra oomph on the fingers to push it out of the mold. First attempt I let it set until fully cool. Almost couldn't get it out. Second attempt I removed it when slightly warm and was able not to damage my 'icing'. Ultimately, I am very happy with the purchase. Durable and will be long lasting! It has quickly become one of my favourite molds!!! I would highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!

This mold is excellent and a great price. It makes 4 good size bars and holds a little over 1 lb of soap. It is very sturdy and does not bow out on the sides. It is super easy to unmold my soap too, you just pull away each side then push the bottom. It leaves the soap sides and bottom with a nice smooth finish. It is so great to make trial loaves to test fragrance etc. that I bought another one as it is such a useful little mold.
