Size small was a little bit big on me therefore I order it in xs small. I weight 134 and 5 feet tall. I have tried many other products like these but this one was the best! Comfortable to move around in. Not noticeable. People thought I lost weight and waist look smaller!

I brought this item to help me with my weight loss Journey. . Even though I am in a wheelchair it fits very well. At first it was a little snug which was to be expected, but after two washes it is still has it's shape and structure. Also delivery was fast.

The waist trainer seems to run a bit large.Also I am concerned that the hook and eye closures are not going to last long. While putting it on the first time I noticed a couple of the eye closures are loose. It is quite comfortable to wear.

I've never purchased an item like this before. I'm slim but I have an extra pound or two around the middle section. I'm wearing a fitted dress to an upcoming wedding so that's why I purchased the item. I tried it on and I think it is going to work perfectly!! It felt comfortable on. I was worried you would be able to see it under the dress but you can't see it. I was so encouraged by what it's going to do for me I bought another fitted black dress for another wedding I'm going to. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I'm a 5'5 and a size 27/6 and tried a size small of this "cincher". Immediately it began rolling in various places and even created rolls where I don't normally see them (my back). Imagine that it's like wearing a super wide elastic belt...the material just stretches to conform to your shape rather than tightening or cinching anything in. Yes, it is lightweight and comfortable - but that's because it's too flimsy and stretchy to make any improvements to your form. I returned this immediately and would highly recommend just going with a trusted name like Spanx or Honeylove, which have the budget to test out the effectiveness of their products before putting them on the market. If those brands are too high for your budget, at least make sure to go with a corset that has steel boning inside of it and multiple rows of hooks so you can tighten it up when needed. Without the boning I think you just run into the same rolling issues.

I should've gotten an extra large.Totally my fault.But fits well,either way.REALLY does its job.Only part I don't like is that when I sit,you can CLEARLY tell I have it on,as well as the fact that it rolls up easily.But that too is probably MY fault,and should be expected

It definitely smooths out bulges and makes me look trimmer. My clothes look and fit better. I also like the feeling of compression and support it gives me.I find it far easier to fasten it and pull on over my hips rather than fasten it around my waist (however I am relatively small in the hips).The price is good. I have not had it long enough to comment on long term wear.

Ordered another one in a larger size.I'm sure i'll be happy with this one.
