The mooas Cube Timer is an amazing timer if you are working at home. I love the ease of use, simply turn it on and flip it to the time you want and get back to daily life. this is awesome for periods of exercise or mindfulness. I have had it for 5 months and it's remained durable. The simplicity makes it functional for many activities. It is worth getting and a great value. The magnets in the cube are strong and work well

This little cube is simple but effective. It’s easy to use and helps me focus on my music practice. There is the flashing red light that may bother some but as other reviewers have noted they just put a piece of tape over it. I like it because I can set the timer and the screen is really small so i’m not inclined to look to see how much time is left but the flashing red light let’s me know it’s still working. It’s rather light and there is a rattly thing inside which I surmise is the timing mechanism mentioned in the instructions. It’s a bit pricey for what it is but I like the 5-10-20-30 options. I did buy another timer with alot more options but find it more complex than what I need to keep me on track, this one is easy…turn it on, set the time I want facing up, and play music.

This is second cube timer bought - last one in Second increments (yellow) for Physical Therapy i.e. having to hold positions for time and count reps so cubes help just flip on time want, timer blinks and beeps when done. Flip back over to stop. I bought this "Minute" timer (5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 minute increments for timing heat and ice therapy sessions 20 minutes. Also great have clothes in washer or dryer. Also "physical" reminder being purple! No timer programming like watch or electric timer, just flip to time want and flip back to turn off! Takes (2) AAA batteries.

I returned the first one because it failed 80% of the time. The problem is with the switch that detects which side is up. Judging by the rattle noise when flipping the cube, seems it's a tiny steel ball that falls into one of six pockets to make an electrical switch close. But the ball, and/or contacts must be oxidized and/or dirty and so connection is intermittent. I flip the cube to start a timer and it doesn't. Or it starts, but then starts again a few seconds later. The second unit I received is not perfect either, but was better and, at least on the two timers I used most (1 min, 3 min), it might work 80% of the time. After several months use, it's gotten worse, to the point of just emitting random beeps. I took it apart. Fixed some poor solder joints, cleaned up some stray solder, but it didn't help. I truly believe the problem is with the gravity switch. Rather than trying to re-engineer it, I just replaced it with a TickTime Cube which cost more, but a) works, b) has so many more options, c) has a countdown display that is always upside-right, and can be read from a couple meters away at nearly any angle.

It's easy to get lost in one project and forget you have 10 others to finish by the end of the day, so I use this to help distribute my time among various tasks at my desk. Flip it over to the time allotment you want and it starts counting down. You can adjust the loudness of the alarm or even turn it off. I work remotely from home so the alarm isn't disturbing anyone. It has a little digital countdown window also. The blinking red light during the countdown is a little distracting so I just cover it with a bit of masking tape. I wish I could turn the light off. Otherwise, it's a very handy and easy to use timer. It could even work in the kitchen, or even with kids during study time or music practice. It does only go to 30 minutes, but just flip it again for additional time. It uses batteries and are easy to install. I got the fun purple color to coordinate with my desk decor.

I loved using this simple device for my workouts, despite it's flimsy build quality. It worked like a charm for about a year, and then suddenly went dead. I didn't drop it or abuse it, it just quit. Granted, for the price I got enough value to justify having it for a year. But given it's such a simple thing I would have expected it to last longer. I'll be looking for another brand to replace it.

Welcome to managing time better without having to think about it. Just flip this cube and get stuck into it. No need to press multiple buttons on your watch or phone to start a timer. No need to engage your voice assistant and risk being mis-understood, there by interrupting your mental work flow. No need to look at your clock and try to remember what time you started. AND... no more getting stuck hyperfocused on one task until you realise that 6 hours are past and your ready to murder someone just because your now freezing cos its a cold wintery night, and you forgot to eat or drink all that time while you worked on what ever half worthless, half vital thing you got sucked into to doing this time. It's white so suits my aesthetic I would prefer if the base was a clean face and the top was a where the batteries and countdown was because my sense of order and wellbeing is not keen on having upside-down type face numbers like "5 min". Also the flashing light should be softer like white or pale blue in the white timer: less distracting.

Sooo good for productivity while I work at my desk, working out, and cooking. Handy little multi use gadget!
