It’s a child book
It was not the book I was expecting it was child like but it wasn’t bad at all.

Seven y/o son's 1st book on mythical creatures & he couldn't get enough! Recommend.

okay - more like a thin magazine than a book
Pictures are colored nicely and glossy. The book was purchased for a full homeschool class about mythical creatures. It's kinda basic and I would not recommend more older than age 8. It's also very thin, more of a magazine than a book. Lots of pictures though. Definitely would be returning if we didn't need it for the class.

A must have for avid readers of this type of book!
My beautiful daughter loves these kinds of books not a long or big book but it packed a punch with all the info she loves this book.

Great book.
This is a great little book full of colorful photos and good info. I bought the entire series and highly recommend them. My 6 year old daughter, who is obsessed with monsters, loves these books and reads them constantly. I found also found them to be somewhat entertaining, so I'm sure older kids would like them too.

Short and Sweet!
I enjoyed all the books in this series that I have read so far. They are great references for archetypes for a person who is interested in doing any creative work in the fantasy genre. I even learned about a few creatures that I had never heard of before along the way. I can't wait to incorporate some of these creates in my work.

It’s super small
It’s very colorful and pretty but so thin and I just thought it was going to be a book and not like a pamphlet type thing

Just what we needed.
Just what we needed for the homeschool class that we are using this year.

Children's book
This book does only have 32 pages, so doesn't contain a lot of information. It has a brief description of each creature with a picture.
