Brought as a gift for a friend she was very happy and uses this for work now.It is smaller than I’d envisaged despite measuring it out, but it holds her purse phone keys etc.Quality isn’t as good as it appears in photos but for the price it’s good.There are no problems with the zip as others have previously commented.The handles could be better quality and the faux leather on them is deep brown/maroon not black but the tassel matches.Delivery was very quick even during lockdown.

The bag is smaller than I thought it would be. I should have looked at the measurements before purchasing. However nice and compact with compartments lots of space.

i paid extra for gift wrap no gift wrap the bag is lovely but when you pay extra for gift wrap they should tell you what kind of gift wrap you will get
