Erythrite 100% Erythritol Pure Sugar Substitute Sweetener 1000g - Resealable Bag

I am doing keto so I am on the hunt for sugar alternatives. I am a cake maker and I use coconut sugar a lot. This is definitely not alowed on keto so I am trying to adapt my recipes in line with my new diet. I first tried Stevia but this was so bitter that I could not eat anything that contained it. This product is next. It is quite grainy and it is sweet and you can replace sugar on a one to one ratio. It holds recipes together just as sugar does although baking time for cakes tends to be less whilst using this. Overall I am impressed, although it is very noticible that it is not sugar. The other thing is that, some call it a cooling effect, but its more like a stinging/burning sensation in the roof of my mouth and throat - a little like indigestion. It's very odd. I have read that this can happen but at least with this one there is not a bitter taste and after a couple of slices of the cake I made I got used to the taste. This price is good. I think I will keep using this, although I am keen to find a darker version. I really miss the caramely depth that you get with coconut sugar. I hope I can find one. So far so good though. At least I'm not stuck with stevia!!!!

Excellent value for money. Cheapest price for 1kg. I use it for everything I would use sugar for so it gets used every day for tea coffee, strawberries, pancakes, cakes etc. and the bag is still half full.Only problem I had was with the resealable bag. Cut it to where you're supposed to buy it was still stuck. After another trim no joy do ended up cutting below the resealable part. Not sure if it's a one off or not, I guess I will find out when I reorder.I have been using erythritol instead of sugar since December and without really trying I have lost 8lbs which has stayed off. I really bought it to cut sugar out of my diet for health reasons so the weight loss is a bonus.I also now find that if I do eat anything that has real sugar in, I find it way too sweet.

First time to order this brand and will be always. I was very hesitant but cheapest alternative to sugar sold by Amazon and German made , so I ordered Taste like sugar with no funny taste or bitterness or Tommy upset like other brand. However, you need to add a bit more than normal sugar to the reach the sweetness needed .I used it in many recipes like creme burlee, cream caramel , coconut drops and pumpkin bread , all recipes came out lovely , even caramelised without burning or nasty taste . My son tried them and hasn’t noticed any different from sugar, yet healthier for him .Definitely recommend and will re order it asa finishing my two bags

With a net carb amount of 0, this is unreal. It literally tastes nicer than sugar for me and makes the difference in your meals and treats .For instance i made a chicken passander last night, and you have to add the sugar to add the sweetness, this had it down to a tee. Also making some chocolate almond flour cookies... this just adds to the flavour making them taste like actual cookies rather than bland replacements.0 net carbs due to the entire carb content being polyols. Love this stuff.

Great in baking cakes etc. Very easy to use. Not as much needed as sugar, so the price is still higher than sugar, but not as significantly kilo-kilo. Resealable packet, so very easy to store and takes up very little space in your cupboard. Excellent for a ketogenic or low sugar/carb lifestyle. I'm trying keto and it's amazing. The substitute ingredients you can get for bread and cake making etc. is now growing and getting cheaper all the time, as the low carb/keto lifestyle seems to be thriving at the moment.

I like and use it in my coffee. On another matter which I can't get through to you, yesterday your stupid driver refused to accept my over 60s freedom pass as I.D for my vodka, next time send a driver with a brain in his head!

I like this a lot, liked the price but have failed to contact the makers to find out if the product is GMO free. If it is GMO free, I would definitely purchase this again. If I do not get an answer I simply cannot buy this product again.

This is hands down the closest zero calorie substitute you'll find to sugar and I've tried them all ! I find you need around double the amount to sugar ie. I take 2 teaspoons in coffee where I'd normally take 1 of sugar. This is also the best tasting Erythitol compared to other brands and the best value. I'll be sticking to this brand from now on. Be good if you could purchase this in 2 or 3kg bags.
