On my first review I was pretty upset with the product. I dropped my review and I didn’t contacted the seller. After couple days the seller sent me numerous emails apologizing for my bad experience and made sure to send me another product or refund my money back. I was impressed how they care about my bad experience and how their customer service was efficient. They sent me another mat ( I choose this option) and it was perfect. The shipping was pretty fast as well. Nothing to complain any more. Pretty satisfied with the customer service and with the product.I don’t recommend. Mine came folded and when I put on my table it is very uneven making hard to build any puzzle over it. It is awful. Don’t buy you will regret so bad. Shipping took forever! I bought it on dec 16 and got it by dec 30.

I was hopeful because of all the good reviews but very disappointed upon opening the product. Before receiving this we had the frame of our 1000 piece puzzle complete and once that was put on the mat, the rest of the puzzle pieces didn’t fit. The whole point of this product is to allow you to work on your puzzle and when you are at a stopping point, wrap it all up and store; simple, convenient. How are you supposed to do that when all the pieces don’t fit? I would NOT recommend getting this and I should’ve realized that none of the photos of the product show a puzzle with the majority of pieces disassembled, laying on the mat.Just as a test I blew up the roller and with the frame all together and about half the puzzle pieces on the mat I rolled it up. I tried to keep as much tension as I could on the roll but because it’s just air and not a hard roller I found this to be tough. On one side the mat was not taut and some pieces fell out of the end. On the other side the puzzle frame started to buckle, causing it to eventually split as I kept rolling. During the unroll it revealed that more pieces of the frame had buckled and split and as tension started to loosen pieces started to drop from the roll and land on each other.

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with my boyfriend...who does not like puzzles. We have very few surfaces to do a puzzle and leave out for days, this mat is amazing. I laid it out on the table and started my puzzle, when I was done for the night just inflated the tube, rolled it up and secured it. Next time I went to do my puzzle, unrolled it and it was just as I had left it. Great investment if you have a puzzle hating roommate/partner or very few surfaces.

Nice packaging. All pieces in the set arrived as described online. The mat is quite rough to the touch. Puzzle pieces do not slide. It makes it very difficult to move puzzle pieces to their appropriate places. The mat bunches /bubbles up even when it has puzzle pieces on top of it, making it difficult for pieces to stay connected. This is a serviceable set. It would note

So I love this mat and I have the lung capacity to fill the tube without the pump but on the second pump, it snapped! Other than that, this has been awesome for getting my quarantine puzzles off the coffee table.

Like another reviewer stated, the fabric acts to grab the jigsaw pieces and hinder their movement, particularly sliding pieces or groups of pieces around. It aggravated me so much that I elected to put pieces together into groups and lift them into place using a spatula. If i'd known it was going to do this, I would have never purchased it. And because it does, it only gets a 3 star rating from me, even though the roll-up operation using the inflatable tube was easily done.

We started a 1000 piece puzzle over winter break with the kids and used this to store it until spring break so we could finish it. It was easy to unroll and finish on the mat during spring break, and now we’ve rolled it back up to take home and frame. It is great!

The material is stiff and because it was folded with heavy creases it won’t lay flat to begin a jigsaw puzzle on. I even tried ironing it to flatten the creases-didn’t work.
