Worst product worked for 5 days then it's not sewing , customer care is pathetic , don't take phone call, they are there just to sell and make money , if the machine is not working just throw it away ,

The product is great. everything that is needed is sent with the product and manual is also present. Also there is one foot pedal. It will be easy for those who have used any machine before. Delivery was fast and packaging was decent. The weight is less and so carrying the product is easy.

I bought it for small usages as I had to go to tailor for every small stitch. good quality and the most importantly it does the needed work. I bought this product as a practice for when I buy the big sewing machine so that I don't waste too much money. I tried following tutorials from youtube to stitch because I knew nothing about sewing machines. It is slightly difficult to get the hang of how it works (if you are someone like me, who has no idea about any kind of sewing machine) but once you do, it seems very easy. It worked well for me to re-size the usual store bought kurtis, tops and even some blouses. Just make sure the cloth isn't too thick (tried it on a readymade blouse with mirror work and the needle was bent). I used it to alter clothes that would have cost me four times its price if I took them to a tailor and it is still working. It only does a straight stitch and it does a two thread stitch unlike the stapler like machine, so the stitch is stronger.
