Just in time for Turkey season!
This target stand came in super handy in a pinch. Turkey season is approaching quickly and I had to pattern my shotgun. The range has specific regulations regarding target height, so I needed something to match: this adjustable target stand base is perfect. Note: the wood is not included. I went to my local hardware store (not big box) and got two 1x2s, cut them, and easily inserted them into the frame. I like that the stand included 4 stakes to hold the base in because that makes sense and prevents me from having to set the stand up each time it gets hit. Nice attention to detail. The stand is super simple to assemble and the manufacturing quality is immediately noticeable. I have three different target widths, and this adjustable stand can accommodate each one. It's lightweight and easy to transport. The only drawback are the big black notebook clips that are included for holding the targets. My first shot decimated one clip, rendering it useless. I think including additional clips would be good to make up for the shoddy choice provided. Overall though, I am satisfied with my purchase and would likely recommend this target to my friends and relatives and rate it five stars.

Sturdy and Adjustable Target Stand Base
The Target Stand Base for Paper Shooting Targets proved to be a practical and affordable solution for setting up shooting ranges in the public land. The ease of installation was a plus, requiring minimal effort and tools. It included stakes to prevent tipping and clips to securely hold the cardboard targets added to its convenience. However, upon closer inspection, I found the stakes to be a bit flimsy for my liking. While they served their purpose adequately, I opted to replace them with thicker alternatives for added stability and durability. Adjustability of the base gave ability to accommodate various sizes of cardboard targets made it versatile for different shooting preferences and scenarios. The Target Stand offers excellent value for money. Just keep in mind two 1x2 are not included.

Perfect!
This is one well thought out piece of gear. Works perfectly. Simple to deploy and simple to get back in the box when you're done. Good value for the money. Not sure what folks are talking about where I read that the firring strips don't fit in the receivers. Nice snug fit for me and the welded in pieces inside the receiver part are somewhat spring loaded to hold the wood in nicely. I have it at its widest setting (24") and it is stable. Comes with clips and ground stakes if you need them for windy days. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this.

Worked well with some support
I have only used it once so far , The time it held up to 12 gauge hits at 12 feet. It had no problem with 380 hits at a similar distance. I used the targets that came with it on the box. I also used decal targets to get more use out of the cardboard. The metal clips provided also worked well to secure the target. I was afraid it would tip over. I bought long metal tent stakes, there are holes in the base for them to go in. I hammered them in easily though not completely. Perhaps this kept it from falling over on impacts. The metal is very sturdy. I gave it 4 out of 5 since I felt it needed the stakes to stabilize though it did not want to try it without them. I would recommend the device so far for backyard practice. I don’t really know if it was a good price but I am happy since the materials are sturdy.

100% Satisfied
Easy to assemble. You'll need some wood pieces to hold the target in place. I just ripped some scrap 2 x 4s to fit in the bottom of the stand. Very satisfied.

Meh, not worth the cost.
Pricey for what it is. Base is a bit narrow front to back so it kinda wants to tip with the plywood I installed @ avg torso height. I shoulda just built something with scraps. Gonna drop sandbags on the legs while using. It's not trash, but it easily costs 2x what it's worth. I'd make a bunch of mods to make it better if I were selling it.
