This was a Christmas gift for my son. Unfortunately, the one that we received worked well through its first charge but then would not charge after that. I emailed the company and received the absolute best customer service. They were very concerned that my son did not have a working gift (knowing it was his Christmas gift) and sent one out right away. The customer service representative checked on us multiple times to make sure that we received the new puppy and that it worked well.As for the puppy itself, it is a fun, interactive toy that all of my kids (3,6,7, and 9) enjoy! Its music ranges from ABCs to Michael Jackson, he dances, barks, and my kids' favorite, farts! It is a remote control toy, so you move him like a RC car with the remote. (Other reviewers were upset that this was not like another robotic dog, but it really isn't meant to be!)This toy is still being used frequently, three months later. It is a high quality, well made toy.

My seven-pound dog's new BFF! He loves it. Sleeps by it when it's charging. Sweet for me to watch, knowing how happy and excited he is! I find the kids voice annoying, but it's a good start for robotic toys, and I'm 80! I can turn off my hearing aids! Yay!

Ordered a Zoomer pup first after comparing reviews between the two and my daughter and us hated it. It was so annoying and loud didn’t do the commands. Just horrible. Returned it and when ahead and got this on and she likes it. It simple has cool songs. She likes making it dance. It’s like a remote control race car but I dog. My daughter is 7 and she still likes the kiddie songs so even tho everyone says it’s for little kids they are all still kids and will sing along either way. It plays a host of other songs so it’s a good range for younger and older kids. This not a robot dog tho its more or less a toy dog. The volume is not a problem either. I think the others are over exaggerating about the volume. This voice is a lil weird but hay we are a family of weirdos say hey it works.

Mom (my daughter) says her son can pop the ears off and pop them back on. The Robot dog seems to be very durable. They both like the remote. I need more feedback, but this is all I have so far.**UPDATE**Mom and her son both love this puppy. I bought Rick for me to play with my dog. Half the buttons on the remote don't work, and the ones that do, like the turn left button which Rick doesn't do, he just goes forward. There isn't an off/on button on the remote, although the directions keep referring to one. He falls down a lot and turns himself off on his own while my dog and I are playing. There are many other issues. This is the 2nd. one that I have. The first one was having the same issues, so I exchanged him. The seller did exchange Rick quite quickly, but this 2nd. one has the same issues. I definitely wouldn't buy one.

I have twin girls age 6 that really wanted a robot for Christmas. I couldn’t find exactly the right robot as they were describing but I decided to try this little guy.It works great, great quality, remote responds well and we get a lot of laughs out of them.Good purchase for sure!

Hi-Tech Wireless Remote Control Robot Interactive Puppy Dog For Kids, Children,Girls, Boys (White)Yes, it's been a little over a year since I bought this for my son however, it hasn't been working for several months now. I'm just getting around to writing a review on it. I paid a lot of money for this and I'm not happy that it just "stopped working" after a few months. I thought it was the batteries but changed those, and nothing. It doesn't even have a scratch on it - looks brand new and doesn't work. It's sad that my son can't play with it and doesn't understand why. His friends come over and don't understand why it doesn't work either. I'd love to return it for another one to see if maybe we just got a bad one. Super disappointed.

LOVE this little guy! Bought for my 5 year old son for Christmas. He is a hit! The songs are cute, and he has a good range of movements and directions you can make him go in. I LOVE him, and so does my son!
