My ABSOLUTE favorite gel pens for writing!
I write A LOT. I mean, I empty pens on an almost daily basis. Therefor, I'm a pen addict. Pens make me happy. These pens... OH... THESE PENS! I've been using Zebra brand pens and mechanical pencils for a long time because I like very fine points, and when the package says 0.5mm, Zebra actually means it! I've been using Sarasa for a couple of years, but in more traditional colors. I always want more colors! On the slight chance that someday, someone will read all this stuff I write, these colors are gorgeous. There is almost nothing that isn't fantastic about these pens. The points are super-fine and the ink flows readily every time, yet not so copiously that you can't feel your pen-strokes. The nibs are secure and steady in the barrel and don't dance around. The tips don't get gunky after prolonged use like some milky-color pens. The barrels and the clips are super-sturdy and feel a bit more substantial than cheap gel pens. They dry to the touch instantly, which is important for writing without schmears. They seem to write just as well, and are just as legible on black paper as on white. And BEST OF ALL - there are no retina-searing, juvenile fluorescent colors! Only pastels! I will say, though, that they aren't quite as opaque or "juicy" as other brands, so they aren't really any good for adult coloring or art applications. As with anything, you sacrifice some aspects to gain others, and the ink flow rate and lack of gunk is what makes these especially good for writing. It should not be surprising that someone would try to copy these pens, right down to the clips and the package graphics. (see photos) I have those copies too, and these are vastly better for about the same price per pen, even though the alternative has more colors.

Rough at first but will buy again
I really like the barrel, it is nice to hold while writing my chemistry notes, the colors are amazing and i love them However, the ball point doesn't roll all that well on any of the pens. I was hoping they would be comprable to my pilot g2s or pilot hi techs but unfortunately the design of the ball just isn't great. It makes it really frustrating when I am writing and it causes my notes to be messy because I have to go back and forth to get the ink to even come out. And it's not just one pen its the whole set. I might buy them again bc of the colors but I will do my research first to see if I can find a better brand. Great color doesn't matter if the ink rolls out poorly. Update**now that I have been using them for a couple weeks the scratchiness seems to be gone for the most part I am not sure why. There was a specific way I needed to write to get them to work better and I always do that now so maybe that is why. But they aren't difficult to write with now. The ink is very thick so I think the pigment mix was making it difficult. There may not be a way around that idk. But I will def buy again.

pretty pretty pens
These are such beautiful pens, in both aesthetic and function. I am a bit of a pen mongrel who lives under a bridge made of pens so it is a rare pleasure to be so impressed by a stationary item I am moved to write a review. The colors within the kit are STUNNING and everything I could ever hope and dream for within a pastel pen. They are soft and demure while still being plenty vivid and eye catching, they REALLY nailed pastel ink .. like to an exact science. They are also great to pair up with mildliners, as many of the colors coincide and look very pretty next to one another. The ink flow is perfect, I’ve experienced little to no skipping with the perfect amount of ink distribution every time WITHOUT smudging. If you love pastels and are searching for the perfect ballpoints that delivers that color palette flawlessly, do not hesitate in getting these!!

Zebra never dissapoints
I fell in love with these pens on a tumblr posts, and I was definitely not disappointed. The package came in perfect condition. The colors are gorgeous and pretty much spot with the colors of the pens themselves. The only exception is the Milky Blue-Green which is more similar to the Milky Blue with a slight green tint. But the colors are all stunning nonetheless; but, beware of the white. It doesn't show up anywhere besides very dark backgrounds. Even when I used it on yellow, off-white, and various pastel colored papers; it showed either very barely or not at all. The grip on these pens are also great, not too small and not too big (though I have small hands). The rubber is comfortable and doesn't slip even when I write several paragraphs with it. Although I love pretty much everything about these pens, the reasons why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the fact that it took a while to get the plastic covering off the pen and some of the pens took a while for the ink to flow. The plastic tip definitely assured me that these were brand new, but it doesn't snap off and is very rubbery. It took me a while to get them off and I ended up with ink smeared on my hands. I also found that some of the pens had the ink flowing immediately, while others took a while. This problem persisted with those pens and it was only after I used them to write several paragraphs, for the ink to flow as smoothly as the others. Though since then, I haven't had any problems with them since. Overall, these are amazing pens. I love them from the grip to the colors, and although I had some issues with them in the beginning, I'm definitely buying them again when I use them up.

Feels great in my hand, and writes smooth.
My new favorite gel pens! Before this I've only used Gelly Roll. The clip is super convenient, so I can clip extras to my planner or journal cover. The colors aren’t so bold, or bright, smacking you in the face; but they are opaque and visible. They're smooth, but still give me enough feedback as I write; In other words, these need less effort to control, than a "too smooth" pen from gliding out of control. They feel good in my hand with a soft rubbery grip, and a nice slight weight on top by the clip. The price was reasonable, and I really feel as though I made a smart purchase; Getting more than my money's worth. I can’t wait to start filling up pages!

My favorite pens!
10/10 the smoothest pen! Doesn’t smudge after you write and very little smudges when you highlight. I gave this as a school care package gift to a friend and she loved it too.

Meh.
They're fine. The colors aren't super pastel--I really wanted a baby pink, specifically, but this definitely isn't it. The ink doesn't flow super smoothly and it takes a while to dry because it's thick. The ink also scratches when you write over it. Very comparable to a basic Gelly Roll. The clothespin like clips make for a good fidget, though. Overall, there are a lot better gel pens out there for writing and coloring, but they aren't horrible like the cheapy no name ones you buy in huge sets.

I love these~
I know I love these (I love Sarasa) pens. I just needed a new pack after my past ones died. Adorable pastel colors. These pens are the dainty princesses of my journal. I especially love the milky red and green. They look especially cute on dark or black paper.

J'adore

Colours and convenience but....
Editing : from two stars to one stars. They didn't last long, half are already unusable. It's like the ink dried up (even tho it looks fine in the pen, nothing comes out, no matter how many times I try. I'm so disappointed. The colours are very pretty and the body of the pen is clearly good quality. What happened ? Maybe I got a bad batch ? They were store in proper conditions, so I genuinely don't understand 💔 Previous review: Well packaged, cute colours, good quality overall. A little "drier" glide than I expected. So -1 star for that. But those colours and the click attachment are great. Update : one pen is already in the trash, can't write with it. No ink flow despite being clearly full. The glide quality really annoys me when compared to cheap gel pens from Action. For the price, I expected better. The two stars are for the beautiful design and gorgeous milky colours.
