Started using these after reading a few articles about it. Decided to try them and it has really helped my brain fog. I was nervous they would cause the jitters, but that did not happen at all. I also have a burst of energy that I can use if I chose to.

At a doctors suggestion it was advised that I take this with PQQ and Ubiquinol and it works well with more energy and with multi-vitamin

Stuff is powerful but the mg listed is in correct. On the site it says 3 capsules equal 900 mg. My bottle is 3 capsules 1500 mg. I've taken one capsule a day which is 500 mg according the label and It's a bit to strong for me. I'm 6ft 165lbs I'm going to seperate the capsules and try taking half of the capsules.. I bought the capsules instead of the powder for convenience. Looks like I should've just gone with the powder.

Even though you cannot be 100% sure whether it works, I like this product and have been taking it for years. Certainly no downside to it and believe it is one of the best antioxidants. You can pay more or you can pay less, but I think this is the best combination of price and product quality.

Felt nothing from this product even after 26 days of taking it regularly. Then it caused some other side effects that doesn’t make any sense if this were legitimate shilajit. Do not recommend

I consumed 2 jars @ 6 capsules a day, sometimes more, and recieved no noticable benefits. No herb/supliment works for everyone. It's all part of the herbal journey.

Immediate energy boost, easy to swallow!

Absolutely love this product and all Raw Forest products. Will not be without their products for the rest of my life.
