Very Easy To Use
It's very easy to use and it has tons of options. It's also backwards compatible to my ,96 vehicle. I'm glad I bought this for all the details about my car that I can get from it. And it's inexpensive.

Mic Drop- This is the best small reader w/ Data Pids, Mode 6, IM Rediness, 02 Sensor, Freeze Frame
This product is a great product and worth the extra money over the cheaper OBD2 scanners. Let me start off by saying I have a 2006 GMC Sierra. These scanners results may vary depending on your make of vehicle. I have only used it on my vehicle and a 2008 Honda Accord so far which i did a video on. This product is wellllll worth the money though. Connected to my vehicle easily, quickly and flawlessly following the provided manuals instructions. The product is simple to use and was able to read trouble codes right away with a clear understanding of what was happening with my car, provide quick information on the trouble codes and delete the codes all very easily. The menu layout on the screen is very easy to understand and I had no trouble figuring out how to do what I needed. Also the ability to trigger tests such as the EVAP sensor test makes it well worth the money. Not all sensors test continuously and need to be triggered for your computer to test and show trouble codes. This is extremely useful for Californians out there for smog tests, as you may have to drive approx 50 miles (about 10 dollars in my truck) for these sensors to trigger after clearing codes. I learned that the hard way a couple of years ago. There is also the ability to read live information from the vehicles computer including battery voltage with graphing which can be extremely useful when doing diagnostics to find the problem resulting from trouble codes which happens when there is a signal from the PCM when something is out of line. It's nowhere near as nice as the diagnostic computers from the manufacturers, but for 40 bucks it's a Lot more than I expected and still does a lot of the same features. Where else can you get a reader that can graph battery voltage and many other data PIDS, gives you mode 6 data, as well as IM READINESS for emissions, freeze frame data , 02 Sensor tests, LIVE DATA and so much more. this scanner is very robust for the money. you wont regret buying this.Little side note, this seller is outstanding. I have bought multi products from them with no issues at all. My next purchase will be a Launch Diagun or Launch x431 pro. these guys are great and i always feel taken care of with them.

Mode 6
Ok, I bought this purely for more 6. As an automotive technician I used mode 6 all the time to locate and confirm misfires. The good: 1. With this tool, mode 6 works great on cars 2009 and up with can-bus protocol. (Something that is weird is when counting misfires it put the data behind a decimal point. So if the car has 2 misfires on cylinder #4 it displays it as .2 misfires. Confirmed this with autel ms908p.)2. This thing is fast! I can read a global obd2 codes in about 10 seconds after plugging it into the dlc.Not So Good: 1. Mode 6 on cars older than 2009 is very hit or miss. Granted, some cars don't come with mode 6 as a readable option no matter what tool you have. I am not talking about that (ie: Nissan before 2008 ECT) Depending on what pre can-bus protocol your car has that data is given in raw mode 6 code. Even for a seasoned tech like me getting the info needed can be a confusing hassle. So if I need mode 6 and the car is older than 2009, this tool stays in the drawer.2. The only car so far that I tested it on that it didn't work with at all, was my personal car... It is 2002 Saturn vue. When I hook this tool to my car and try to pull codes from the pcm it says "this function is not available on this module." That is kinda a bummer. So all in all I really like this thing. For $25 this little thing is a bargain. It out does scan tools I have used that cost 10 times more. I really wished it worked on my own car though.

works well
Works well, allows for everything I need it for, the only gripe would be that it will not erase all error codes, it would not erase gas cap off code or tire sensor code
