I bought two of these window boxes after my wooden ones rotted out after 13 years and it just wasn’t in the budget to replace with wood or the same style I previously had. It took about 2 weeks to get them, but that was clear when I made the purchase, so I have no issues with the delivery time. When they arrived, one panel was cracked on the corner. I followed the instructions on the package insert and filled out the online form on the company website (not Amazon). Within 5 minutes of submitting it, I received an email response from a real person asking if only one panel was damaged or two and to submit a photo of the damage, which I promptly did. Less than 10 minutes later, I had a tracking number for the replacement part. From my first contact to resolution was less than 20 minutes. I was impressed. I received the replacement within about a week.You must assemble these and it’s easy to do. I painted them to match the color I had on my wooden boxes and it took about two coats, with the first coat not fully covering and basically providing a base - which I expected. These are beige and I painted them a dark gunmetal green and they look great.The inside of these are not 36”. There is a little indent where the sides are, but when you see them head on, you see the 36” long front panel, so they appear to be a 36” box...I also knew this from reading the product description. They are honeycomb core (or similar) and pretty lightweight. I did not notice any bowing out of the sides once full with plants like another reviewer noted. These also fit onto the brackets I used for my wooden boxes. They are quite deep, so plan for more potting soil to get your plants up high enough, but they are a little more narrow than my previous wood boxes.If I had an unlimited budget, I’d get a more cottage-like style...the slat look of these isn’t my favorite, but that’s personal preference. Or, if this company made a cottage style, I would love that. For the money, I am VERY pleased and their service was a ‘wow’ for me. I would definitely recommend these windowboxes. Can’t wait to see them when the new plantings grow and fill in!

I don’t often write reviews but this products quality surprised me (in a good way). Very sturdy product that took less than 5 minutes to assemble. It was also very easy to paint and appears to be a solid product that while last a while. Time will tell but I’m impressed and happy with this product.

Product is well designed and well made and is perfect for my needs. One of the four that I purchased had the wrong bracket on it. When I tried to contact them I found that they never answer their phone. I emailed them all the information that they asked for including a picture of the incorrect bracket. After 3 emails I finally got an email back that the replacement piece is arriving sometime today. Hopefully.By the way, I asked them if I could use stain rather than paint (like the Amazon ad stated) and they basically said paint only so I used an expensive primer and a good paint.

Really easy to put together, attractive wood-like exterior, nicely lightweight to lift onto the ledge beneath my living room windows. Practical, attractive, and seem durable.

This review is about two different issues. The product was good, nicely built, the problem is the advertised dimensions were wrong. It says the box was 36” wide, it is 36.5” wide, it had to be exact to fit in the areas I had. I bought 3, put one together and realized the dimensions were not right.This is the bigger problem – DO NOT buy from 3rd party sellers that are not Amazon Prime! I did a return immediately, then I get a message from the seller, OJCommerce. They wanted me to take pictures, provide a whole list of requirements to process my order for replacement. I did not want a replacement; I want my money back to buy a different product. I messaged them back and forth, and they were very uncooperative. This should be a simple return because of false advertising/bad information. They will probably change their name and keep slapping barcodes on items they do not have in their possession. Terrible customer service… stay away from OJCommerce.

This is a fantastic planter and so easy to put together -- no tools required. It replaces a wooden one that rotted away in no time. Won't be having that problem with this one! I sprayed it a Colonial Red, filled it with flowers, and it looks great. Will be buying more of these!

Made of resign or plastic but looks like wood. Easy to put together. I used it for a table centerpiece to put a succulent garden in. Works perfect.

This seems like a good product, but I have a gripe related to the assembly. It has two stickers on the exterior sides of the product that are almost impossible to remove. I just spent an hour with a knife, water, oil, and finally a solvent, trying to cleanly remove the annoying stickers so I can paint the window box. These must be stuck on with super glue. In scraping at the stickers with a knife, it gouged and married the exterior surface. Seems like they should be able to put the stickers on the interior, or else not put them on at all. It would save customers from a lot of annoying fiddling. Let's hope this product lasts and proves to be worth it.....
