Finally! Why did we wait so long...
...to buy and install our Quiet Air whole house attic fan? We had been using the swamp cooler that was on our house when we bought it, but hated the extra humidity so we only ran it at night for sucking in cool evening air here in Colorado. Its motor finally died last year, so we decided to get a whole house attic fan. Chose this over “QC” because of the superior materials, which I think Quiet Air can do since they don’t appear to spend so much on commercials/promotion. Was reasonably easy to install, but I should’ve done it before Summer heat arrived. The remote is a plus because it cuts down on wiring. It works fine in our 80+ year old bungalow with mostly plaster and metal lathe walls, but it’s a small house. Wish I’d installed this 10 years ago. I’ll re-post with any problems in the future, but looking forward to many years of use from it.

Great investment!
The quality of this fan is unbelievable, VERY well built with quality hardware. I’m glad I bought from this company as everything about this fan exceeded my expectations. Looked at all the other companies who made a similar item, decided to go with Centric Air, glad I did!The controller that comes with this model is the perfect size & works great too.

Fan works awesome. I live in the north east and these types of things are not popular (not sure why). I love it and recommend to everyone.
