Silk New Traditional Isphan Ultra Low Pile Area Rug, 2' x 3', Gold

Just recently I bought two of these area rugs in different styles - one for the living room and one for the master bedroom to protect our hardwood floors - and so far I'm rather happy. The deep navy stands out but doesn't overpower the neutral hues that work well in our funky/playful living room. I'll echo the other reviewers that the rugs are somewhat thin because they're silk, but we've found them incredibly soft and comfortable beneath our feet. For the look and feel, these rugs are a great buy. P.S. To shoppers considering an 8 x 10 rug, it's really 8 x 11.5, which came as a surprise and gave us a smidge more coverage than we needed.

I have had the carpet for a year. It has held up well, but is not in a high traffic area. I can't use my vacuum on it because it is too light and just gets sucked up in it. An old fashioned carpet sweeper would work better. It is very soft, but not a plush, deep carpet. The carpet looks different from different angles. It looks darker from one angle and light from the other angle. You will need a carpet pad if not placing over other carpets.

I bought this rug for and area that my daughter uses for her American girl dolls. I had to air it out in the basement for a month or so, and it still has a faintly unpleasant smell. It is soft, but extremely short, thin nap. I like the colors and patten. I would hesitate to buy a big one, because I don't know how long it would take to air it out.

Favorite rug out of about 10 we bought in a two week period. The rug looks great and looks like it cost a lot more than it cost. Be aware that it's not a plush rung and is petty thin. We actually put a pad under ours but this is by no means required.

Thin, but perfect for where I wanted to put it. I've had these rugs now for a year, and have recommended them to friends. They say "silk" but I'm sure it is some sort of polyester. It has held up well and worth twice the price.

Beautiful rug surpasses my expectations. Love the coloring and the silky sheen. I would definitely buy this brand from this vendor again. It will be luxurious to walk on with a plush rug pad/cushion underneath.

Got my rug yesterday. Really beautiful with very saturated, vibrant colors. Even though it's pretty thin, as others have mentioned, very nice to the touch and still has a good weight to it. I think it's an excellent value for the price and I am really happy with my purchase! :)

I'm really pleased with my new rug. The picture does not do justice. It's really beautiful and looks and feels very expensive. It's so soft under my feet and I feel like I made a really good purchase. It just arrived today and shipping was quick. I'm hoping it lasts a long time.
