The media could not be loaded. Was actually expecting an ordinary plastic like full body frame. Kinda just clicked on it and didn't read the fine print.But this license plate protector is actually a silicone rubber all body frame that wraps around and fits perfect. Clean and sharp look, no gaps or uneven lines, plus very easy to install, great quality and value.Measures 12.25" x 6.3", 2 sets of screws and all screws cover, bolts it perfectly fit any standard-issue plate in US meets 100% street legal. Doesn't cover any of the Plate up!Is make of high quality silicone material,dust proof, rust proof, scratch resistant, heat resistant, cold resistant.Also dampens rattling. Better than a painted frame that will chip and fade. Seems to hold its shape, so far, so good, highly recommended.

Gives your license place a clean black trim while also hiding the screws. Very nice look if you are doing a chrome delete or similar.

First impressions of these license plate frames was great! All of the various hardware items were clearly bagged, the frame itself seems solidly made and correctly sized. The one small hiccup... product was supposed to come with 2 bags of self-tapping machine screws to mount the two frames (1 each). First went easily but when it came to mounting the 2nd frame I discovered that the 2nd bag of 4 screws was actually a bag of bolts (not self tapping). I attached a photo here comparing the two types of hardware that I found. Luckily, I still had 4 screws from my original frame that I was able to make work or I would have been quite annoyed. We will see how the whole product holds up to FL heat and rain.

There's a lot of good reviews for this product so let me address some of the common negative reviews I've read before I purchased this product. The rubber has a slot on the side for the license plate to slide in and it is definitely the weak point of the product. When you slide in the license plate, be a bit gentle because the metal plates will slice into the rubber as it slides in. The rubber is thick enough where it won't rip as long as you are reasonably gentle as you slide it in. The only reason that part would rip off is because you were too impatient or rough when putting the plates in. It does rip a little (slot gets bigger) as you insert the plate so this is not a product for you if you keep swapping out the plates in and out for some reason. I imagine it'll be durable enough to swap out plates a couple times but it is a point where the rubber can rip.I didn't have any problems where the rubber is slooping anywhere. It is definitely flexible but as long as you have a straight area to mount it, it looks clean and professional. They give you 2 sets of screws as it can be different on different cars and overall I thought it was a good purchase.

Product is durable and has not given me any issues. Easy install.

My last metal frame it was covering some extra portion of license plate edges on the beneath/ lower site, but this silicone frame equally covers the whole edge and no fear of stopping by the police!when I received the product, I thought it would be a return, In the end I installed and fixed it to my car , I didn't expect it to be awesome.I had the metal plate for a few years, it is terribly with rust and scratch ,If i knew eralier the slicone is so soft and nice,my car would have a good protect . and it is a expensive lesson , Of course it is worth recommending! ! ! !A good idea and a hight quality product,The vender made some updates design , usefully .* This black license plate frame is made by silicone materials which protects license plate edges from rusting.* Very soft and durable* 6-Drainage holes will help to release water.*1- side opening & R-Angel easy for installing* NO license plate obstruction. 2 good license plate holders. Only thing to note is the screws included did not fit my 2011 Honda Odyssey which required M6 screws. Old screws were rusted but only cost $1 for 4 new ones at ACE Hardware.

I purchased this for my car and my wife's car. They create a clean and polished finishing touch, so I was very pleased with them. A few weeks later I noticed my front license plate was severely bending outward on one end. I thought someone must have clipped me in a parking lot or something until I discovered my rear plate had the same problem. For a moment I thought, "who would walk up to my car and bend my plates?" Then I looked at my wife's car and her plates were doing the same thing. I've tried bending them back into a flat position but they gradually return to being bent. It's like the frames are just a little too small for the plate. This may or may not affect you if you don't live in Texas, but as far as I know all U.S. plates are a standard size.
