Not that simple a solution
The cable was fine. You just can't use this kind of cable, without the necessary electronics to connect an HDMI device to an old TV using RCA composite connections. It was a longshot, and it didn't work. Need a more expensive cable (powered) to do this.

It didn't work
It didn't work, I guess wasn't strong enough. But it was a good idea since my DVD player only has hook up for yellow,white and red cable and my TV dont have that just HDMI STOPS.

Doesn't work
Got 2 and neither cord worked. Tested multiple daveices with other cord and worked fine. Product is shoddy and defective.
