Like a brand-new helmet - better than ever
My Bell Alchera helmet's original pads had become very degraded, falling apart and leaving an icky black dust on my forehead and in my hair composed of ground-up old foam. Taking the pads out left me with scratchy velcro against my skin. Shame on Bell for not selling their own replacement pads for these helmets! It's wasteful to get an entirely new helmet just because the pads have worn out. These aftermarket pads were very easy to apply and have made my helmet more comfortable than ever. They're quite thicker than the originals ever were, but no issues with fit even with the added thickness.

Great fit, doesn't channel sweat from eyes as well as OEM.
Great fit. As others have said, these pads aren't as effective as the OEM version for keeping sweat out of my eyes. In hot weather, I use a Headsweats Halo band with this helmet. The combination with the old pads was very good. With the replacement pads, the sweat seems to run to my eyes more (based on several hot and sweaty rides).

Revive the Alchera
Between buying a new Alchera helmet for $50 or replacing the pads for $12, I chose to replace the pads. I have used these for at least 200 miles and confirm that they work well. The pads are thicker than stock and can absorb a lot of sweat. After a whole season of bike commuting, these pads saved me from needing a new helmet. I would have easily gotten another Alchera helmet as I know it fits my head. I can prolong the use of my existing helmet for sure.

They are alright
I don't think you have any other choices out there. It worked well until summer time and the adhesive for the velcro to helmet came loose and the padding would come out with the velcro attached.... I would buy again but wouldn't use that helmet when it is over 90 degrees out.

Fantasic Product
I had a bike accident and needed to replace my helmet. These replacements allowed me to refurbish an old helmet while deciding on what to buy. The pads are infinitely superior to the ones that came with the helmet when it was new. Also arrived with ample sticky Velcro patches, which was great because there were not enough supplied with the helmet that led to the pads slipping all the time (the main reason I replaced it t begin with).

great replacement but pricey
These are good pads, like the originals, they'll guard against sweat for a little while and withstand a bit of hand washing. After half a season or so, they'll start falling apart. Now if I didn't have to spend eleven bucks plus shipping, that would be ok. If they were 5 bucks including shipping, I'd get 4 sets, but not at the current price. In fact I'll probably get some headsweats or bands and use those, in the long run less expensive without compromising safety.

Does the Job
These fit right into my helmet and worked like a dream. The velcro dots that came with the package hold everything in place. Overall a good way to save some money and repair a helmet rather than spend some hard-earned cash on a new one.

Overpriced and poor quality
They fit in the helmet just fine and as others have mentioned, they're thicker than the stock pads. However, they're not as nice, inhibit air circulation, and are warmer. In addition, durability is abysmal-- after just 4 months of daily use, mine came apart. While the original pads were thin, had the padding completely enclosed in cloth, and vented well, these are thick, have cloth only on the outside and inside, and retain loads of sweat so if you apply any pressure, you have sweat in your eyes. If you ride your bike occasionally, they'll be OK. But if you ride a lot, expect them to be toast in short order. Regardless, don't waste your money on them. I was too lazy to look outside Amazon the first time, but you can buy OEM pads that will work better last at least a couple years with daily use elsewhere for cheaper (counting shipping) even if you have Prime.
