Performs Well

Good product for the price, just not perfect
It’s good and really easy to use. It’s fairly accurate but sometimes seems to go off randomly when it isn’t near to a stud, overall though for the price it’s great. Gives you piece of mind when drilling

Steer clear of this product, not reliable at all.
Steer Clear! Failed to find a mains cable less than 15mm from the surface and left me with a very expensive fix! Spend a extra £20 and buy something reliable.

Unreliable detection
Stud detection is a hit and miss... AC detection seems more reliable...

Fabulous invention. Every home should have one. Accurate and makes drilling into walls a doddle and safe too!

Bought this months ago and I still don’t have a man. Seriously though, does what it should. Used it to hang coat racks.

Stud Finder
This is a really handy stud finder for everyday use where you’re pretty sure what’s behind a wall and need reassurance. The depth for hidden cables isn’t huge but those within a capping under skim/boards were picked up ok. The stud finder alert did keep going off when pointed in my direction but then I realised I’m just a massive stud (ask the Wife).
