Great Printer!
We ordered this printer to use for our non profit healthcare clinic employee badges. It works great and we have no complaints! It actually works seamlessly with the program we already use, so we did not need to use the "create a badge" feature. :)

Insure you follow set up instruction to the tee
Very nice and clear colors and print. Recommend. I was making cards using a laminating machine and this is much better and worth the price.

Beware software "license" cost after purchase
The software this printer comes with is basic and difficult to active/use. There is no mention of any license required at purchase but Bodno will email you in about a year or so stating you have to renew a software license or lose access. As if its not outrageous enough to require retro licensing post purchase, they want between $300 and $2000 a year for their simple clunky card editing software. The printer itself seems okay, but what good will it be after it's functionaly is disabled due to your software being held hostage?

Great unit!!
As a print shop we look for functions that we can make money with. We were able to fill an order the same day that we received the printer. Software was a breeze and we were off and running. Looking forward to printing a lot more with it in the near future.

Beware
Purchased for our non-profit. The activation code doesn't work, and we are stuck in demo mode. Calling the help center has been useless, no one is picking up. They prefer email and limited help.

Solid ID Badge Printer
Looks sleek and does what it's supposed to do. Some scratches on the print, but not too bad. The Card Imaging software that this package includes is the XS version, which gets the job done; it does not communicate with Excel, etc.
